I got a few recommendations for Ross Co from a local Facebook group so I called this morning. The lady that answered the phone this morning was polite, she told me they had appointments today in the morning and afternoon. I chose to take the afternoon slot. The guys showed up within the 2 hour window that was given to me. Jarrod and John were friendly and professional. They gave me a clear breakdown of costs before starting the job. They were able to diagnose the issue pretty fast. Jarrod again went over costs very clearly before continuing to work. I paid exactly what was quoted and now only about 2 hours later my problem is solved. They did have to cut a hole in my wall but they did a good job to keep the cut clean and leave no mess. This was a very good experience. I feel that I got a good value for what I paid. I would definitely recommend Ross Co.

I had a leaking outdoor spigot that needed replacement. This company quoted me a fair price, showed up exactly when they said they would, and completed the job quickly and professionally. The total came to $435, including parts, labor, tax, and a small credit card fee, very reasonable for the Seattle area in 2025. Highly recommended for honest and efficient service.

I calked and even though they were in a septic tank - literally!, they still took my call. They care for their clients!

My situation was the classic water heater going out right around the New Year... its now been almost 4 months since they did my installation and I havent had any issues. They also performed a full inspection for my house along with installing a new outside water spigot. These guys are detailed, flexible and understanding. Highly recommended, totally suggest you use them for your plumbing needs.

I was referred to Rossco Service Plumbers when my sprinkler system appeared to be leaking at the anti siphon valve. They came the next morning and looked at it with me. All it needed was a few screws to be tightened. I waited for a service call bill and never got one. I called and they said they waived it since they really didn't do enough to warrant a charge! They were fast, nice, clean and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them! Great people! Totally trustful!

Rossco helped with my unscheduled dishwasher install. There were several corners cut on the plumbing by a prior home owner. Their employee was out to my place that afternoon. He was friendly, knowledgable, and expertly walked me through every step.

Very overpriced for services rendered. In my opinion, I spoke with a very rude office person when I had questions on the bill. If you want to pay $640.00 for 20 minutes of work, then hire them. Its suppose to be a quote when they come to see the job. But you are not given a chance to decline them. This is all stated in my opinion. Will never use their services again.

After a troubling start, the owner, Rich, came out and spent a ton of time and effort to make sure my experience with the company exceeded my expectations. Helped put together a plan for future work, and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Richie and his team help a lot of my clients with water leaks. I continue to use them because they reach out to my customer right away, are empathetic about how devastating water damage can be, and I can trust they get the right job done for the least expensive price. I wouldn’t use any other plumber.

I called out for a plumber to come out and get a quote for a simple pump repair. The pump cost about $500 give or take a few $$ depending on where purchased. If I knew anything about lead welding I could easily do the work since everything is easily accessible. What's amazing is they can't even get a quote out to me and it's been over a week and I've called them three times. They are unable to provide a simple quote so I don't want to imagine how long it would take to schedule the work.

I called Monday morning and they were able to get a plumber to my house right away. The plumbers came in and did a wonderful job explaining the process before they started working. They informed me of the steps they may have to take and why. Once they fixed my issue they were very kind in explaining methods they use and gave me suggestions on how to keep my disposal working longer without getting clogged again. They were efficient, yet professional and kind. I highly recommend them!

Jared and John from Rossco came out to install 3 new toilets, a new tankless hot water heater, and replace a leaky hose bib. The price was right and their service was top notch. Thanks for the great work guys!

Our experience today with RossCo Services was outstanding customer service. When I called and explained our crawl space water leak to Bri, she scheduled Jared and Ethan (both knowledgeable, efficient and personable) to arrive within 2 hours.
This understanding response alone was a relief for a very stressful emergency. Upon arrival they explained their process and pricing right up front. They performed the repairs quickly and then suggested what our next steps should be to address the water leak damage.
I highly recommend RossCo. My only regret is I didn't offer those hard working guys a darn bottle of cold water !

Unfortunately, I've had use of RossCo's services four times recently. Thankfully, this company has done an outstanding job each time. Elliot is friendly, professional, and does great work. When my neighbor accidently broke our water main recently, RossCo was out within a couple of hours to assess the damage and repair the problem. They are reasonably priced and do quality work. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Rossco was absolutely amazing and I will recommend them to everyone. After needing to part ways with our contractor, we were scrambling to subcontract out the various unfinished parts of our project. I contacted Rossco randomly through Angi's list and they said they could be here the next day for an estimate and ready to complete the work, which honestly made me a little nervous that they had immediate availability, but I am so glad we went with them. Being the complete ameteur home owners that we are, we purchased a water heater with an incorrectly sized exhaust vent. Rossco's technician offered to DRIVE IT BACK TO HOME DEPOT for us and also haul our correct tank home. He then installed it and the new sink drain and was done before 2pm. Do not hesitate to hire this team!

We discovered a leaky pipe in our house so we call Rossco plumbing because we heard so many good things about their company. They didn't disappoint. They called me back within just a few minuets and scheduled a same day appointment to fit me in even though they were very busy. They found the leak, had it fixed quickly and had our water turned back on less than 30 min. This was a big deal to us because we have 7 kids and we were without water. The guys that came out were very courteous friendly clean and respectful. I would call them again in a heart beat for any other of my plumbing issues.

We live on a slab foundation and RossCo plumbing was the only one that gave us a reasonable solution and price for the repair that we needed. They also went out of their way when they realized that they had made a scheduling mistake to make it correct. Everyone that we dealt with during this long process was kind, understanding and willing to work with us as we tried to figure out a difficult solution. I would absolutely re-hire them.

Woke up in the morning to find our upstairs shower was leaking water down through the ceiling into the kitchen. Called RossCo and they were able to send a crew to out to our place within a few hours. The service men were prompt, professional and courteous. The displaced pipe was repaired efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and will definitely refer friends and neighbors.

We called Rossco because we were experiencing serious trouble with kitchen drains. They responded the same day, and promptly and accurately diagnosed the problem. They installed the needed parts, and explained what had gone wrong. They were courteous, professional, and we would recommend them highly.

If I could give RossCo Service Plumbers 50 stars I would. We had a leak under our home in the crawlspace and after many hours of trying to repair it ourselves we called RossCo Plumbing Service out of total frustration. They came right out within a half hour, assessed the problem and had it repaired within minutes!!! They were professional, polite, and didn’t charge us what other companies would have. I found the phone number on the internet thinking I had a plumbing issue and the guy I talked to on the phone was very helpful and new right away that it was a septic issue not a plumbing issue very helpful glad I called them

Rossco does it again! We had this company come out last spring to replace a PRV and expansion tank. They were timely, fair priced, and above all, very respectful and kind. We were very pleased with their service.

Fast forward to today: we needed a new furnace and when it was being installed, we found out that our ducting was full of water. We checked the crawl space and it was a swimming pool down there. Rossco was quick to come out, do the dirty job of crawling in over a foot of water to place a sump pump in our crawl space. The guys were quick and we definitely felt like we were in good hands. Due to the high level of water, we won’t be able to completely install the sump pump in our ground until it dries up, but instead of just expecting us to call them back out, Richie explained how we could do the work ourselves if we decided to- in order to save money. We really appreciated his tips and expertise.

I will ALWAYS call these guys out to help with any other (god forbid) jobs we might have. We really feel like they truly care. You honestly cannot go wrong with Rossco!

I requested a quote on a Saturday morning. They called me almost immediately (within 15 minutes) and I was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday.
