The word that comes to mind re Ryan of ROS Roofing is "RELIABLE." I'm in Cascade, Idaho, and contractors up here are few and far between. When I contacted him, he came out on the weekend to reattach some fascia that had blown off. He reattached the fascia with screws. Nails had held it before and clearly were not sufficient. The fascia is now solidly in place. Ryan even swept the gathering pine needles off the roof for me while he was up there.
He literally goes above and beyond. He's the Cascade area roofer I will go to from now on.
