Was told the day before work was to be done that they were on track and on time and expect my roof leak and shingle issues to be fixed. This was comforting as there was rain coming later in the week. However they completely ignored my calls the day after the work was to be done and the next day when I did get a hold of him he told me they weren't going to do any of the work that he wrote in my contract. Very unprofessional and uncaring!

I have to give credit where credit is due. Our church had a roof leak and Roofing Solutions sent Mr. Nick out to repair the roof and he did an awesome job. Due to damage done as a result of the roof leak, Ms. Christina stayed in contact with me constantly assuring that the repairs were done. I really appreciate them standing by their company and their work and providing excellent customer satisfaction. And from the bottom of our hearts we appreciate you and all that you did to make this happen.
