this roofing company did a fantastic job for us in los angeles. our roof was pretty old, but looked okay from the outside. still, there were some issues under the shingles. the team really did excellent work and made the whole process smooth. lucas and kai led the crew and showed true professionalism. i like to ask a lot of questions to fully understand things, and lucas and kai explained everything clearly and simply. they answered all my texts and emails quickly. working with this roofing company was almost perfect. we felt like they really cared about earning our business, not just making money. they did exactly what they promised. we still have the wind mitigation left, and i'm confident they'll continue to do a great job.

He provided us with estimates for both a shingled roof and a metal roof, which were surprisingly lower than any other quotes we had gathered, and with a much faster response time. Kai introduced us to the idea of a rhino-coated metal roof and directed us to a nearby house where they had just finished installing a similar roof for us to check out. We were very impressed with the appearance and the extended warranty that came with the rhino coating, so we opted for a sleek black rhino-coated roof for our home (refer to the attached images), and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The roofing crew, including Lucas and Clarence, arrived at our home and we appreciated their teamwork. They were extremely cautious around our property and flower beds, always respectful, and kept us updated on their progress. The only pause they took was for a lunch break. They were meticulous in collecting any nails that were removed. One of the team members even returned after the job was completed to ensure no debris or nails were left behind, using a magnetic tool. Our final bill matched the original quote provided at the start of our project, which was a pleasant surprise. As a bonus, the business is female-led, and the owner's daughter is part of the crew. I can't recommend this roofing company enough!

After the roof was installed, I complimented Clarence on the beautiful new roof and the exceptional job his team did. I did mention that I noticed two nails seemed to be missing on one of the skylights. After reviewing the photo I sent, Clarence assured me that the flashing was adequately secured. However, he insisted on sending his team back to add extra nails, despite my assurance that I trusted his explanation and it wasn't necessary. The next morning, I received an email from Clarence, confirming that his team had indeed added the extra nails, complete with a photo of the skylight. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction is truly exceptional.
