Our experience started off good. After receiving our check and installing the roof, things fell off. A few things were damaged when the roofers were throwing stuff down. Some stuff was taking care of, others were not. They wrote on the estimate to replace the gutters. The roofers bent our current ones. No big deal but it’s been months and our gutters have still not been replaced. They told us the gutter company was backed up so we waited patiently. They didn’t refer anyone to help us. The original contractor will not return calls and the Corporate customer service was very poor in helping us any further. Very poor costumer service and Loyalty.
RRSA worked with us to arrange the insurance appraisal; helped through the approval process; and accomplished the work through their sub-contractors very quickly. Their project manager, Zach, communicated very effectively to let us know what was going on and he always followed through on his commitments.
There was a pretty serious hail storm in my area in May. I had no idea that the damage was serious, but Jonathan was able to quickly identify the issues and get the ball rolling on getting my roof replaced. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. He worked with the insurance company to get the damage appraised, and with the mortgage company to make sure the work was going ahead to their standards. The whole roof was done in one long day, and my wife and I were barely inconvenienced. When little things came up he was always quick to solve it. Overall, I would recommend RRSA to anyone in a similar situation because it was a very painless process.
