They do not make companies that care anymore as much as these folks! They were fast to see us within 24 hours and fixed the leak on our roof! Mackenzie came out and could not have been more polite and knowledgeable about our roof. He fixed it beautifully and for a price we could afford! We need a new roof sometime in the next year or so as ours is on its last leg and there is no question this will be the company I use! The A-Team at Roofing Georgia was the best example of Team Work that I have ever witnessed
from roofing Contractors! The 11 person team covered all the plants around the house and
added a sheet of plywood over my AC/Heating units for extra protection. The removal of the
old roof was completed in approximately one hour with all hands on deck! As the new roof
was being installed. The ground crew was picking up the old roofing materials from around the
house. The new roof was installed in approximately 9 hours within required guideline and
according to the manufacturer requirements. Once completed, all the debris from the install
was removed from the roof and around the house. A blower was used to blow of the entire new
roof. Magnets were used to pickup any nails from the ground. A 50 year warranty on the
materials and life time warranty on install was provided to me after the final walkthrough was
completed. Thank you Roofing Georgia for the awesome new roof!!

Just had Roofing Georgia complete our roof this week. We had damage from the tornado back in July of 2023, and Ryan Campbell was excellent in walking us through the whole process. He came out quickly to perform his own inspection, met with our insurance adjuster when they came out, and helped us through the whole insurance claims process (which was a lot more cumbersome than I thought it would be). The crew and project manager Richard Robinson showed up promptly in the morning on the start day, and the crew was able to knock everything out by mid afternoon the same day. Richard came back the next morning to go over the cleanup of the crew, and was thorough in cleaning anything else he could find. Overall great people, great process, and excellent quality. All of this is not even mentioning the excellent warranty they provide on their workmanship and materials. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Roofing Georgia. I had an emergency regarding my roof where, from out of nowhere, a leak began from the excessive rain we’ve had this past Saturday. I reached out to Roofing Georgia via referral from good friends of mine. Unexpectedly, it was discovered that the cause of the leak was from a missing hvac cap that had been dislodged from the roof due to the heavy winds of the rain. Roofing Georgia was quick to identify the missing hvac cap and replaced it accordingly. I appreciated their response as this was completed just before the heavy storm we had from Tuesday. Called reached out to get a 2nd opinion as I was quite concerned about a quote I got. I got a response within minutes, and the person on the other end of the phone was helpful, knowledgable and understood my concerns. He got all my info, checked schedule and was able to get a person out within 3 hours (Ryan). I had allowed Virginia Creeper vines to cover a big section of my roof.(In my own defense, it was not visible from the ground until it reached the ridge of the roof.) I called 2 handyman services, and they each took one look and said the roof pitch was too steep for them, and no way! Then I called NGE.

It was on a Friday morning, and Tristan came that afternoon to look at it. He sent me a quote online, and the price was quite reasonable. I agreed, and the crew was there on Monday. I was absolutely blown away by the speed of their response and the quality of their work! And when it didn’t take them as long as they had estimated, they actually adjusted the price downward!

Now, I realize they probably can’t respond this quickly and lower their price every time, but they did with me, and I truly appreciate it. Even though this was a small job for them, they gave me the same attention as if I were a 5-figure customer! This is an honest, responsive, and customer-based business, and I highly recommend them!

I developed a leak after a hail storm and couldn't seem to get it patched. I'd dealt with a couple of roofers who made appointments and then didn't show, so I was getting desperate to stop the damage to my ceiling. NGA came when they said they would, shot straight with me that it would be a few days before they could do the repair. But with rain coming, they wanted me protected and scrambled up and covered the leak with a tarp--of the color approved by my HOA! Bottom line; NGE did the job , did it well, gave me a lifetime warranty and was very reasonably priced. And the owner called to see how the job was going!

The NGE team did a great job on our roof. We had hail damage and needed a full replacement. They completed the roof in one day and finished clean-up the following morning. I was a little upset that they said they could also do blow insulation in my attic, but kept failing to address that issue. Eventually they told me that they don't really do that work and would have to contract it out. Communication on that issue was horrible. But the roofing job and communication on the roofing job was top notch. Scratch it up to the fault of the owner and don't blame it on the staff. Shout out to Woodman Insulation for their good job on the attic insulation.
