I recently needed roofing services and chose this company for their expertise in composition shingle roofing. They did a fantastic job installing my new roof, showing professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process. The team explained all the options and ensured everything was done to high standards. I’m very satisfied with their composition shingle services and highly recommend them for roofing needs.

We hired Cruz Roofing to take off our old leaky roof and replace it with composite shingles. We also had them replace the gutters. Franco was professional and had all the paperwork in order. As with any construction contractor, we had to wait a couple months between the original estimate and when the job was started. The work crew was friendly, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. They cleaned the site everyday before they left, which was important for us, a family with children. They found additional damage underneath our shingles and waited for my OK before proceeding to add more work to the original quote. Overall, they did an awesome job. The price was fair, the workers were professional and efficient, and the quality of work performed was excellent. Franco checked in with us throughout the project. I would recommend Cruz Roofing and I will be calling them for any future home improvement projects that include roofing.

Franco came over and give me a bid and was $6500 cheaper than the other 2 companies I had come out. He had to add additional cost only because I had plywood rotting beneath the shingles which had to be replaced naturally. He made sure to explain every step of the way and let me know what the extra cost would be. He was more than fair and I had no surprises with the ending bill. I highly reccomend cruz roofing!

The bid came in less than half of the next closest quote. The final bill was higher than initially quoted but the damage to the roof was worse than expected after the shingles were removed.
They found other issues with the roof and explained what they would do to fix the roof. Even when the roof was completed, it was still less than half of the next closest quote.
I highly recommend this company. Very professional and hard working.
