I am always puzzled why most roof companies in town still operate their business like they did 20 years ago. We initially signed the contract with another roofing company in Columbus Nebraska that has good references, but were ruthlessly ditched by them last-minute as the price in the original contract was not good enough for them any more. They were prompt each day and appear to have done quite high quality residential roofing (though only time will tell). They were also respectful of our neighbors' parking needs (which can be tough with a shared driveway for multiple homeowners).

Roofer Mike's helped us work with our insurance carrier that was trying to cheat us when our roof had considerable roof damage from a hail storm last spring 2024. I asked them to come out and give me a roof inspection & evaluation if my roof needed replacing as I was going to have more solar panels installed upon it. estimate. Roofer Mike was prompt, courteous and professional. He examined my roof. He did not try to convince me my roof was in horrible shape, but instead gave me an estimated lifespan. He asked me questions about what my desired outcome was. After a lengthy discussion, I decided on a roof replacement. He did not try and talk me into the most expensive roofs, but instead gave me plenty of information to make a good choice.
He coordinated with my solar panel installers. The existing solar panels were removed. Roofer Mikes came out and removed the existing roof, and installed the roof and a new gutter on one side of the house.. They even cleaned my skylights throughly. Each day after the work was through, they cleaned up the area.
The crew was friendly and professional. When they finished, I had a great looking roof and gutter. A couple of days later, it downpoured. The next day the solar panel people were out examined the attic for installation needs. I asked them if they could look for any leaks from the roof. There were no signs of any leaks and the skylights have remained dry. They did a fantastic job and would strongly recommend Roofer Mike’s.

I highly recommend Roofer Mike's Roofing for anyone who wants a quality roof replacement .They were not the lowest bid nor were they the highest but I went with them because they responded quickly to my calls and because they seemed to really care that I got a top notch roof on my home. I purchased my home about a year ago and the previous owners had installed a "new" roof just months before i bought it. The job was poorly done and within a year, my roof was leaking and there was already rot in some areas of the underlying plywood. There was always someone "in charge" onsite and communicating each day, we would get texts before they arrived each day. We received timely updates (weather) and high levels of communication. Don't go to this company!! I called in regards of getting an estimate on how much it would cost to fix my roof. When i did call the guy who answered my call hads rude tone towards me. He asked me to call him back for my information but I didn't since I didn't like his attitude he called me 4 times from the same number when it was the fifth and last time he called from a diferent number I told him I wasn't able to answer since I start working my shift he ask when could he go to my house for the estimate I told him nit anymore since my husband called someone else and he got really mad and asking me why I did that? And if it was because I need someone to speak Spanish I told him no it's just that he called someone else and that's why I didn't hire him so he said ok who did you hire and I didn't want to tell him ir answer his question he was like ok well if they don't do a very good job and have complains don't look for me because I will charge you double I found that very unprofessional and disrespectful from his side if you want to have or keep customers you shouldn't be mean to them I would never hire him when there is lots of companies out there to do the job.
