AVOID AT ALL COST! Awful experience with James Dougherty particularly. He promised to be able to fix our problem on the walkway and to come back if any adjustments would be needed. Despite having paid him the agreed-upon cost, the work was not completed and requires further effort. But for months now all calls and text messages to him or the company go unanswered and he/they do not even have the courtesy of responding. STAY AWAY from this company.
