Roof Maxx of Torrance, CA

I heard about the benefits of this product and how I could extend the life of my existing roof. Well since I believe in Dean Sharp, ‘The House Whisperer’, so much I called Roof Maxx upon his recommendation. My roof was in good condition and qualified for Roof Max’s treatment, what a savings, instead of $40,000.00 for a new roof I paid $5,000.00 with a 5 year guarantee, which I could redo in 5 years for a mothers year guarantee. Jesse, the owner did the work and afterwards showed me pictures of the roof application. I sure glad I found Roof Maxx and Jesse.

Jesse was very thorough in explaining the product and made recommendations that would improve my roof. He was on time, personable, and professional. Time will tell how the product performs.

Please don't fall for this gimmick product and ask a true professional if this product actually works... They sold me on this thinking my roof was brand new again. Roof leaked the next rains and they said leaks weren't covered and this is a chargeable service. I asked "what's the point of this product then?" Which I was told it revitalizes the shingles, but doesn't stop preexisting leaks.

I swore I called them out to evaluate my roof for just this concern and they stated my roof was "set back in time 15 years" but as soon as it leaked they started back peddling about how they weren't responsible for fixing my leak.

As the saying goes- "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."

Hopefully this post saves just 1 person from this company taking advantage of gullible people like myself....

Outstanding job by RoofMax Torrance! Discovered my roof had enough texture left so they then prepped thoroughly. Work completed in about 3 hours, including minor cleanup. We have a 5 year warranty before a new roof is needed. Thank you Jesse for an outstanding job!

Arrived on time, completed the work as promised in less time than planned, and afterwards cleaned up the area surrounding the buildings

Jesse was very professional and friendly too. I was very impressed with the job he did with my roof and I would recommend Roof Max Torrance to anyone that would need his services!!
