We were not able to do the work until May, and he was very flexible in scheduling the job at that time. He was extremely communicative and answered all questions we had.
On the day of our roof rejuvenation, he arrived promptly, asked us if we had any questions, and began the process. During the treatment process, he took pictures of the roof "before" and "after" and made the necessary repairs to our roof. He was great about sharing the pictures with us and promptly sent the warranty information to us.
We are happy that the five year warranty is transferable, and we believe it will be a selling point when the time comes to sell our house!
