Great, professional service. Jim was punctual, professional, and friendly. They left the work site cleaner than it was when they arrived!

Jim Howard was the Roof Maxx representative who responded to my online request for an estimate. He responded hardly before I had exited the Roof Maxx website. He was extremely professional & had excellent communication skills. He was very prompt with his 1st visit, estimate, & return for the work he did to my roof. He even assisted me going up on the roof to view for myself the roof condition & he explained exactly what he & his crew planned to do. They worked quickly, were finished in approximately 3 hours, & cleaned up all the debris that fell to the ground. They exceeded my expectations.

Thank you Roof Max for introducing me to your product that extends the life of an older roof. The installer/Jim and his associate were very professional and friendly to work with. They also clean up after themselves which was very important to me. I would recommend this product to anyone who would like to extend the life of there roof.

The whole crew were very professional and friendly. They explained everything they had done and why somethings had to be left alone, such as the lichen, that if removed would have caused more damage to the shingles. The roof looks great. Would highly recommend them.

Jim was fast and efficient. During his initial assessment, he showed us pictures of our roof identifying some area of minor repair to be completed. He also identifies the need to trim back a part of a tree that was over the roof. He included these fixes in our estimate.
On the day he did the work, he emailed pictures of his progress and of the final result in real time while he was on the roof. I truly appreciated the addition of these pic to show me what was actually done.

We are so pleased with the work done by Roof Maxx, so much so we had it done on our rental as well. Jim was so professional! We saw pictures of before and after to know it was done correctly. Never kept us waiting. When he said he would be there is was and on time!

Jim with Roof Maxx responded to my initial call within minutes, and as luck would have it, he was in the area and said he would stop by that day and look at my roof. This was a Saturday, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. After the inspection and hearing what Roof Maxx could do for me, I decided to move forward and have my Roof treated, and A schedule was made, and no surprise to me that Jim was at my property when he said he would. Jim worked a couple of hours on the roof, prepping it to ensure it was in good shape for the application. The roof looks AMAZING! And if it lasts five years will be well worth the investment versus what a new roof would have cost. Very happy with the process and professionalism. Five Stars!

Asphalt comp shingle rejuvenation is basically the product, which includes an initial roof inspection (that's free, with no further obligation), needed minor loose asphalt shingle, nails, and flashing repair work, moss mitigation spraying, then finally the spray application of RoofMax solution that refurbishes/restores the asphalt comp shingles, infusing an extended lifespan warrantied for five years.

They used a soy based product to rejuvenate the shingles on my roof, plus treated the them for moss. Excellent service, very personable and responsive owner and crew.

Jim and his crew were amazing. They repaired and installed the roofmaxx system on the main house asphalt roof which looks almost brand new. They also repaired two storm damaged metal roofs and then applied a liquid membrane coating on both the entire roofs. This completely sealed the patched areas, the screw points and they look absolutely great. Jim kept us informed, educated us on our best options to provide long term use and security for our three building roofs.

Jim Howard and his son James were a pure pleasure to do business with. Always professional and showed up when they said they would. Very careful with plants and patio furniture. They cleaned up the leaves that came off the roof and left my yard looking better than how they found it. We started with removing the moss on my roof and Jim did a great job and is very afordable when compared with other companies that provide a similar service. I am very pleased with the service that they provided.
