Rivera Roofing and Remodeling is 10 stars for me! They just completed a complex roofing project on our home. They did an amazing job. I am the president of the HOA and Rivera had replaced several roofs in our development which is how I found out about them. I thought I should get on the bandwagon and replace our 23 old roof too and thank goodness we did because we had a lot of black mold damage due to poor craftsmanship of our home when it was built. I met with the owner Orlando who is so kind and a consummate professional. He is like an old friend, I kid you not. He is very honest, didn’t price gauge and kept us informed of all the work being done with pictures and constant contact. Orlando and his team explained everything in detail and showed us the black mold damage. At the end of every day, they ran a magnet over our property to ensure there were no nails laying around and left our house immaculate. They have excellent customer service, probably the best I have ever had. I can’t recommend them enough for your roofing and home remodeling needs. I will use them again should the need arise for sure.

Rivera came back to our property and made a fix to the wiring that attached to our roof. They didn't charge and the roof has been great. Excellent company! The repair need may have been a mix of problems from the people who did the siding as well.

Orlando and team were just great! Everything from choosing the right materials, to kicking off the project in under two weeks to hit a rain free time window, to finishing the roofing in just 2 days, it was all done really fast and professionally. Orlando came up with the right plan to address a tricky area where we had a low pitch and led to leaks. He ensured it is fixed and would not leak anymore. Overall, great work, I would recommend them, 5 stars!

Rivera roofing did an excellent job with my roof.He was personally available for my many questions and was prompt with his service.Very professional and also inspected the work and had an item replaced after a week for no additional cost to us because he was not 100%satisfied with it.Very reliable and most affordable company indeed.

Initially hired them for a repair. The project expanded to include the whole roof in January. They did a great job fitting us in and coordinating the whole project despite bad weather. The site was left clean. Solid company! I highly recommend them.

Orland and crew are the best, Quick , Great work, and the property was clean up, and gutters were cleaned.

Had a great experience with Orlando and the whole crew at Rivera. The entire tear off and replacement of our very old roof was done in a day and a half and it looks beautiful. Price was more than competative.
He was very communicative during the process and pointed out, after removal of the old roof, only a few areas that needed more work than was covered in the estimate. This work was done at a very fair price. at the end of the day I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Roof started leaking during the heavy rain, first time home buyer and the "stuff will break" curse certainly happened. Fortunately, Mario and his crew came out, identified the issue and fixed it. Water now flows as it should, leaks are gone. Thank you!

Mr Rivera delivers on his word. If he feels something will not work he will clearly explain it and make the appropriate corrections. I have dealt with Mr. Rivera for a few years now and you can always count on him. He is consistent therefore he delivers with the same quality. Hope he is around in the business for years to come.

My roof was starting to look like the forest floor. After walking it with Jesse, they determined an assessment was necessary before any work was done. I’m glad they did that. The cleaning they did took a lot longer than expected but they stuck to what they bid and gave my roof a new look at life. Rain and all they worked through it.
And followed up promptly with the replacement estimates and options.
