Ion a cross country bicycle tour I ended up at this store looking for help to find bike shop/parts, etc. EVERYONE in this store jumped into action trying to help me resolve my breakdown. Ace is not a bake shop but the wonderful folks went WAY beyond good customer service and reached legendary customer service status with me! They even went to another customers house to pick up a tire to replace one of mine. Wow, just wow you guys! Don’t forget, come down to Grapevine Texas and Texas BBQ is on me!

Rob and his crew are amazing and very helpful. Got plugs for my mower and weed eater. Made moving into our first house a great experience.

I was happy they had the part's I needed to complete a project I was working on. for such a little store they are a diamond in the rough. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is wonderful and RItzville would be lost with out this store. The owners will order anything they can get and go the second, third and fourth miles for their customers.

Nice small town hardware store. Doesn't have the selection of some of the bigger stores but the staff was friendly and they had most of what I needed.
