Ridgeway Construction built our custom designed home. They were very accommodating to our needs and requests, as well as pleasant and easy to work with. Each craftsman from Ridgeway was highly skilled and had an admirable work ethic. Jonathan and his team constructed my home and worked with utilities to get everything installed. Jonathan was warm and welcoming - I really appreciated meeting with him and his family!
The construction process was made more complicated by a VA loan and how busy Ridgeway Construction was at the start - despite that, Jonathan was a pleasure to work with, even with all my questions and essentially weekly talks. Jonathan was available to meet and plan with me. He talked through my design and preferences to inform the construction decisions. Despite the timeline crunch due to planned move in date and VA construction limit, Jonathan's team made sure to address any final issues to get us moved in as soon as they could.
Supply issues and construction material costs made things more complicated but I always appreciated Jonathan's ability to discuss options and get me in touch with subcontractors if need be. Additionally, during construction, he was quick to address any deviations to plans or issues that arose. Jonathan is dedicated to addressing any subsequent minor issues that arise despite how busy Ridgeway is.
Surprises during construction inevitably did happen due to either miscommunication or misunderstanding. We were able to talk through everything to resolve issues.
