I recently had insulation sprayed into my metal garage by Responsible House, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was professional, prompt, and incredibly efficient. They worked with me to get the job done in a time crunch, and I truly appreciated their flexibility. I was especially impressed with how well they communicated throughout the entire process and how smoothly everything was scheduled and completed. The quality of their work is top-notch! Melissa, William and the team were a pleasure to work with. Our project was more complicated and required coordination with a roofing company. With no hesitation, they worked together to align their schedules. It's still early in the season, but I can already tell that the spray foam insulation is doing its job.

We had the crawlspace in our 125 year old farmhouse treated with blown in foam insulation by Responsible House's team. We also got to test the results as we were hit by single digit temps. It sure was nice to be in a warm, cozy house. My house is over a hundred years old so the challenge was significant and they helped us make great strides.

The crawlspace in my 50-year-old house is challenging to say the least. The insulation was all hanging down, lots of cracks and crevices for mice to get in, could feel the cold coming up through the floor in the winter. RH assessed and suggested spray-applied closed cell insulation. During the work a rotted joist was found and they contracted a carpenter to fix and plumber to ensure no active leak. After the job was complete we immediately noticed the house smelled better. I had truly gone "noseblind" to the slightly musty smell of the house before, thought it was normal. Wiliam and Melissa are wonderful to work with and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

William and Melissa were extremely helpful with solving our insulation problem in our attic. We had water lines running through the attic that were at a high risk of freezing. They were flexible and responsive to our questions and worked with our schedule to get the attic insulation done in a timely manner. The day of the insulation installation, we had an issue with a pipe and William was able to get a plumber out that day to fix the issue- getting a plumber out same day is nothing short of a miracle. The insulation was installed just in time too- two days later it got down to 8 degrees and we didn't have to stress about the pipes freezing for the first time. We really appreciate their kindness and professionalism throughout this project.

RH evaluated our garage attic space (new construction) and found breaches in a pressure wall necessary to maintain uniform temperature and humidity. They have a more than fair price to repair and coat the space and we noticed the difference almost immediately . As we had just had a mini split installed in the garage , we have found it is working much more efficiently with the new insulation! A great job!

We had a great experience with Responsible House. We reached out to them because we had a moisture problem in the house. I thought we wanted a moisture barrier, but they recommended spray foam insulation. I looked into it, and I'm so glad we ended up doing this. It increased the R-value of our crawl space insulation by about 30%. This work happened about a month ago, and the house is definitely more comfortable. The humidity reading on our thermostat is consistently in a good range now.

We have a 150 year-old home and have found that many contractors are hesitant to work on old houses or don't want to invest their time on the inevitable customizations that will arise. William was great to work with, gave us options, and his honest, experienced feedback. Our new boiler is working great and we would definitely use Responsible House again.

I called Responsible House to come and give an evaluation of our crawl space. During the cold snap this past December, we had frozen pipes in the bathroom, very cold air coming in from the bathtub and gas fireplace. Our floors were ice cold. We experienced some of these in the past two winters. This is a new home!! This should not be. Home inspector said 3 years ago everything was fine. It was not. The insulation installed was not fitting tightly within the floor joist. There was no insulation around the water pipes, tub, and fireplace. William came and gave us an estimate, showed us what needed to be fixed and proceeded. He hard and soft foamed the crawl space, secured our pipes for AC, got into all the crevices and sealed everything up. He was so polite that you could not help but love this guy. He cleaned up everything so you did not know there was a mess outside. He finished and secured everything in place and now we are good to go for a warmer winter. I would not hesitate to hire this company. It is a Mom and Pop company, no corporate weenies to deal with. They are polite, reliable, trustworthy, and sincerely concerned about our safety. It was worth every penny we spent. I have NO PROBLEM referring them to anyone for insulation. In this day it is nice to find someone who cares about what they do for a living. MM

They caulked all the places on the interior of my log home where I was losing heat. I am saving 20% on my heating bill now. The team also fixed minor issues with the house which they found during the process, which was a lovely bonus. I am very happy with the work.

William built a beautiful, sturdy deck on our home. He worked quickly and efficiently. He repaired and old deck to make it safer by adding supports. He also did some work on our foundation. He is always friendly and professional.

The experience I had from Responsible House installing my new insulation it was quick and effortless. Their team came in and within two days I was able to return to a much warmer house. My air-conditioning would run almost constantly before having their services done. After their work was completed it was almost a rarity to hear my air-conditioning or heat turn on. After their work was completed I remember one of my bills for electric was only 27.00 dollars during the summer. Way cheaper than any other month I had before their services. On the response of their work they have one very satisfied customer :) If you need insulation in your house you can't go wrong with this quality.

The upstairs level of our home used to get extremely hot in the summertime, using a lot of wasted electricity to try to cool things down. Responsible house was able to insulate our home which ended up zeroing out our electricity bill with the solar panels we already had on our roof. This was great work and we were very happy with the outcome.
