Todd and Justin who are the owner and the backbone of their company, equally take pride in their work and production. These are those hard working people who are so rare to find these days, as they are always willing to go an extra mile to please their customers.
Their professionalism and availability goes hand in hand. Your dollar will a go a little bit farther, if Residencial Solutions has your contract.
They have built a handsome sunroom from scratch for me, which was honestly an after thought. However, to my pleasant surprise it does not look like an addition on its complication. It looks the part of the house built at the same time. They hunted for the matching materials and merged it with my two years old house like an artist.
I always feel that Todd, who is also a Purple Heart Veteran, is the voice of reason. My husband and I revere this very special gentleman tremendously. He tries his level best to accommodate his customers. Being a literate part of the company, he takes care of the contracts, expenses, and customers' need on the computer.
Justin is well equipped to do wonders that any construction work requires. Their team along with their crew is solid. All of them are extremely respectful, honest, professional and expert in their job. At times, I left my house keys with Justin, while they were working. I had to go on a 10 days vacation, and I was not wrong to trust him.
