I want to thank you so much. I accidentally broke my window and the guys did a wonderful job replacing it. Laura was constantly keeping me in the loop on the process all the way until the window was installed. This company is amazing. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Laura and Crew.

Jeff and Terry went above and beyond to get our interior door replacement done to perfection! The doors we ordered from Lowe’s needed slight modifications to fit properly and they took all the extra time and effort necessary to get it done the right way! Highly recommend! Bill and Ann

I was in search of repairing a glass window for our food truck and I came across Residential Glass. Stopped by and was greeted by the receptionist Laura. She went above and beyond for us and was the absolute best! She was very attentive and the sweetest soul ever! Dropped off the window and it was done within less than 24 hrs. Definitely recommend for any of your glass needs!

I have been referred to this company by a couple people & even another business, but I cannot for the life of me EVER get in contact with anyone. Every time I calm, it just runs & rings until an automated voice comes on to ask me to put in my remote access code. Really? I'd love to get my main sold window fixed, but this Jeff guy never answers the phone! Come on Jeff, answer your phone so you can take my money & I can feel safe at home with my babies instead of worrying that anyone can teach in & unlock my door.

I initially had a really good experience with this company. The woman who answers the calls, Beverly was very kind and even though she would forget to answer all my questions or return calls, I never minded because she was so kind. We had the installation done and I was told I could do check or call and pay with a card over the phone. I wanted to use my card but I do not have service at home so I intended on calling the next day to pay, not thinking that would be an issue. The very next morning I had 3 voicemails from Beverly and 2 from Jeff the installer staying I need to pay now etc. The last message was extremely rude from Jeff saying since I haven’t paid he’s going to come back and take out the glass he installed and put the old one back in. It had been less than 24hrs since installation. The whole process went from being easy and friendly to rude and aggressive.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
