Great service..!! They remind me of Tireworks Tire Pros..!! If you’re ever in the Texas Panhandle check those guys out.

Never ok a simple part replacement without asking them the cost of such parts and labor. Charged me $150 for a $15 capacitor. I called to see if they would correct the issue, didn’t receive a call back 6 business days later, so I had to call them and was denied a partial refund. Sad business practices!

Ethan came out today and fixed a minor problem we were having with our a/c unit. He was very professional and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within a short amount of time. This was our second experience with Rescue Heat and Air and both times have been fantastic! Highly recommend.

Rescue Heating and Air came and replaced my Compressor on my air conditioner today. Their communication between scheduling, part availability, and getting someone back out to install was better than I could’ve ever have expected. They installed a new AC and a new furnace and hauled off the old equipment. They took the time to check another leak in our AC system that was causing mold buildup and made sure it got fixed. Their office staff were great and easy to work with. 10/10, would recommend supporting this local HVAC.

Fast! We called on a Thursday. They came out first thing Friday morning. I got the estimate a couple of hours later and they came Monday to replace the parts.
