Renovation X Home Inspections

Upon buying a home I needed an inspection with a slim deadline. I got Renovation X called right away and Tim answered the first time I called. That never happens!! Anyway, he scheduled us right away. He was set to come during a snow storm so I kept in contact and told him no worries if you can’t make it but he made it safely. As a first time home buyer I was completely lost on what we had to look at and know. Tim was so great and patient with us. He took his time to inspect our home thoroughly and efficiently. I hired Renovation X LLC a couple of times now and I have been very pleased with the entire experience. Having experienced hiring other contractors, Tim will be my go to guy. I appreciate his estimates, they are fair and reasonable and included in his estimate is a deadline with other contractors don’t offer. Working with Tim, I know when the project will be done and an accurate estimate. I appreciate this. He is also trust worthy and I don’t have any worry about him working in my home while I’m not there. He has even stayed with other contractors while they work and finished up electrical work. I cannot say enough good things about Tim and his work.
The quality of his work is phenomenal. He sound proofed a couple of walls between apartments and he has reduced the noice drastically. He’s even been creative with framing around a wall AC unit and when he was done it looked like a custom show piece. My wife and I are very happy with this experience. Looking forward to many more projects down the road.
