I just recently purchased my first home and knew I would need someone trustworthy to do some things for me in and out of my home. I did a google review and found this business after looking through many companies. I decided to contact Ned and I am glad that I did. He came right out to see the concerns that I had and offered some suggestions. He did fast and quality work to my gutter system, took down an old fence and put up a new one , added a storm door , and replaced worn looking door hinges. He does neat work and cleans after himself. He will work with you and not force you to do anything. I believe that he is a fair man with fair prices. I will always be a customer.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ned/Renifix to build a patio in my backyard, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations.

We are so pleased with the work that Ned with Renofix did for us. We needed new exterior steps and wanted the job done quickly since we use them several times a day to let our dogs out. Ned delivered on the short time frame and he even used some existing materials we had in order to save on the cost of the project. Ned and his team did a great job in my backyard. They rebuilt my steps, added drainage and made my pavers look brand new. Ned was great to work with. On 3/9/2024 Renofix Construction performed a Kitchen remodel at my house.
I was extremely impressed with the results of the work. At completion my kitchen looked like a new Kitchen.
The crew worked very meticulously to ensure the job was completed as agreed and also on time.
I would recommend this company to anyone and I intend to have them perform more projects in the future.

Excellent communication and great work, on time and proactive. Their price was much lower than all the other contractors and the output was superb. The owner was extremely humble and responsible. Can't say enough good things about Ned and his team at RenoFix! I find it very rare these days to find a contractor that takes pride in his work and who truly cares about customer relationships. Ned has restored our deck, repaired and beautifully painted our sagging living room ceiling, plus patched, stuccoed and waterproofed our entire house foundation. Ned and his team did a fabulous job at our home. The front of our house needed a refresher and since we were on a budget we were not expecting a wow factor. However, Ned took a look at the house and guided us towards the right direction. He exceeded our expectations and we could not be anymore happier. After spending too much money to fix a leaking window well and repair a broken outdoor faucet, both problems returned. The faucet pipe is embedded in a stone chimney. I interviewed various contractors and no one could help me until I found RenoFix. In addition to fixing the leaks, Ned installed an electric eye controlled deer deterrent in my garden with so much care, making sure the water spray covered the correct area. I cannot recommend RenoFix more highly.

Great job on renewing the concrete in the backyard. Sanded, patched, applied sealer according to product specifications, and did extra work to repaint patio and restore our front porch. Done in just two days. Very happy.

The best contractor I’ve ever worked with. I had to replace 2 very bad concrete steps. Reno fix it was recommended to me. Ned came over and told me not to worry he would make it work. We contracted Ned to repair our deck and put up our gazebo. Not only was he honest but he never once tried to push us to do more than was needed. He worked quickly but did not rush. WE ASKED HIM TO DO A HUGE IMPORTANT JOB IN OUR BACKYARD OF GRADING, ADDING SOIL, INSTALLING DRAINAGE PIPE, BELOW THE GROUND (WE HAD A HORRIBLE POOLING OF WATER NEXT TO HOUSE NEAR FOUNDATION) HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND BY DIGGING ANOTHER 20 FEET (FREE OF CHARGE) AND HAVING THE PIPE RUN OFF INTO A NATURAL RUN OFF. WOW!
WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT. AND HE LAYED DOWN SOD (ALSO FREE OF CHARGE).
I ASKED HIM ABOUT THE SOD AND HE SAID “BECAUSE I WANTED TO MAKE YOU HAPPY”..

I had such a good experience with RenoFix. They responded to my inquiry really quickly, are very reasonably priced and did a fantastic job fixing my front steps and retaining wall. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Ned to install a catch basin in a low spot in my backyard after the flooding with Ida. Ned responded to my inquiry immediately with a free estimate and was at my home starting the work in a couple of days. He is a true professional and went above and beyond to make sure my yard would not flood anymore. He takes ownership of his work and really cares about the results.
