Brian and his brother BO did a great job of taking out the exterior doors and replacing them with the new ones we had purchased. They also installed a new kitchen and bathroom sink and faucets after we had new counter tops installed. They hauled all of the old stuff away. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Excellent service and a fair price! Hired them to connect a hot tub and they showed up same day I called to provide an estimate. Then they had the hot tub outlet wired and ready to go upon its delivery. The owner’s mom is their electrician and as a woman also in the trades I was happy to see that. She was professional, friendly and did a wonderful job! I will come back to them for additional remodel work soon!

We wanted to place a hot-tub on our deck but had no idea how we would inconspicuously get the necessary 220 volt electrical service to power it. We purchased the hot-tub from Armstrong’s and they recommended Rehab Renovations.
Bryan and Michelle came up with a working solution and were able to locate the service to our hot-tub from our existing electrical panel and do it discretely while at the same time saving us a great deal of money by not needing to install another panel. It looks amazing! We appreciate this company’s honesty, skilled craftsmanship, and integrity.

I contacted Brian he sent me docusign layouts, and pricing in 2 days .Another great benefit is that rehab renovations has plumbers and electricians. They put a lock box on door day 1.Perfect way to start. Which is so great i didn’t have to leave work constantly.. turn key system . Quality is first class customer service the same . Rehab Renovations has performed various remodel projects for us the last few years and have always done an amazing job! I was very impressed with the professional way they handled the initial bid and timely manner in which everything was done. They removed old carpets,padding and baseboards. Removed furniture for me as my husband was in hospital. They did all this in 3 days! My flooring and new baseboards are beautiful. I highly recommend this company. They removed old concrete steps that were crumbling apart and installed new composite steps along with custom designed railing.
Also poured cement patio and installed drains for water runoff and gutters.
