We had an awful experience with Drew. After speaking to him I thought he was very nice by phone and he said he’d get us an estimate by the next day,. We did not hear from him and followed up two days later. He apologized and said he got busy which we completely understood. He then said he’d have the estimate that night. We were under a due diligence period on a home which he knew from the start. My husband also left him a message and never heard back from him. He completely dropped the ball and we never heard from him again.

Drew and his crew did a great job from the initial call to completed project. Drew was responsive, on-time, and made the entire process seamless. The crew did a great job with install and cleanup to the point you could hardly tell that a roof had just been replaced. One week post job and not one nail has been found. We had a couple of skylights that we thought needed replaced but after inspection Drew recommended that only one be replaced, saving us $1000. Drew was always up front and honest about the project which speaks to his integrity. I highly recommend Drew for your roofing and home construction project needs and we will definitely use him for our future projects.

Josh and Drew came over to fix a couple of loose shingles on my garage overhang. They were very professional yet personable; they explained why the shingles had loosened they way they had and explained why there wouldn't be any water damage. The wonky shingles were fixed quickly and effectively.
I will definitely call Reel Roofing again if I need their services again!
