They went a long way to improve this Motel and like I told the front desk this morning, best shower I've had in 1000 miles! Coffee in the room was great and the coffee served in the lobby What's two. I will be back!

From beginning to end I was so happy. The staff was detail oriented and friendly during our stay. Our room had been renovated except for the bathroom. The renovated part was so snice and I would stay here again and enjoy the refurbished bath. Excellent bed, pillows, furniture, etc. You could tell the owners/managers cared about the place based on the yard, driveways and other outside areas (and the renovations going on.). There were well cared for large flower pots with roses everywhere, freshly cut grass and it was really clean ana nice. I made a mistake and duped booked a 2nd night there (operator error on my part) and they took care of the mistake with no hassle without making me feel stupid.||Red Roof seems to be reentering the budget minded hotel market. I am happy about thids and cudos to all involved||Plus it is super pet friendly ! ! !

Approaching this property you are greeted by rose bushes, a sign of a well tended place. This property was clean and the staff cheery and helpful. The walk in shower was so spacious!!!

Front desk service was extremely polite and professional. The newly updated rooms are noticeably nicer and well done. Plenty of security lighting and cameras in the parking lots. Would stay here again.

The staff is wonderful! Close to the freeway and prices are very reasonable!

I can’t say enough good about this place! We travel with pets and our truck broke down. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was clean and quiet. The shower was the best ever! There is a nice area for walking pets. The fact that there is a killer restaurant next door (The Ole Sawmill) was a bonus.
If we are ever near here and need a room, we will definitely stay here again. Thank y’all so much for everything!

Don't stay here. Rooms are old and need updating and the staff is very rude. Will try to keep your deposit if you don't press for it. Conveniently off the freeway but that's the only positive. Rooms smell like smoke. The quality inn is also managed by the same people so you will receive the same bad quality service there, but for a couple more dollars a night.

Room was clean and recently renovated. Great price compared to other hotels in the area. Syretha at the check-in was friendly and answered all my questions.

Owner is super nice. The updated rooms are worth the extra charge and it’s not a crazy amount. The location is safe. 5 stars

Check in was good. We misplaced the credit card in the car, and the lady at the desk was patient while we found it. Got to the room, room #123, and the bath tub was disgusting! We refused to use it. The mirror over the sink was cracked from top to bottom. The toilet was disgusting, but we didn't have a choice, as that was the last room per the lady at the desk when we checked in. The chair in the room looks like it either had mold on it, or someone had....dropped a load on it to put it politely. Bed was comfortable and clean, the only good thing about the room. Definitely will not stay again!!

Very nice lady at the front very accommodating, very nice rooms for the price I paid. I'm headed down to Texas again very soon and probably will use that same place to take a rest.

It is a well maintained older building. Quiet AC. Comfortable bed. Vinyl floors. The breakfast bar is small, with no hot food except what you toast. Friendly staff.

Positive: Nothing Negative: This was a horrible stay not only did I have to switch rooms due to the roof tub and toilet being a mess and spooky but the second room was full of pet hair from the floors to the bed I would never stay at this location again o and they ask for a deposit

Super friendly staff. The bedding was clean as was the room. The water pressure was absolutely phenomenal and hot!! The price was definitely fair and door dash does deliver here.

Room#218. The room was very good. Good bed, good pillows, clean sheets with just a few cigarette burns in the duvet but nothing terrible. The room needs a bit of TLC but doesn't lack much, a couple paint touch ups here and there and in the bathtub would go a long way. I paid $71 after tax on a Sunday and for a King bed, ice cold AC and the price (plus my dog) it's a great deal. We work on the road full time and live in hotels from city to city so we're sticklers when it comes to quality so if this room is any indication of the rest of the property I think it's a great choice. Sam at the front desk was a sweetheart and took care of us. She checked us in quickly and nothing beats service with a smile. They even have a small cold breakfast and 24 hour coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a lovely array of trees right out the back with a large green lawn for your doggo. Great job everyone

Not beautiful on the inside, but the beds were comfortable, and I needed a place to stop for the night with my dog, and I'm thankful for that!

The room I got [king - 1 bed] was great, especially for under a hundred dollars. The bathtub was simply luxurious though. The front desk girl was nice and very helpful. Check in was easy and we had zero problems with our stay. As a matter of fact I plan on staying there again when I am in need of a hotel in the forrest city area. Room decor was tasteful and there was no evidence of any kind of infestation anywhere. Its all good under the red roof. ;-)

the room was sound proof enough that if there was any traffic or outside noise, it didn't bother my partner or myself. The bathtub was the deepest i have ever seen and i absolutely loved it! As well as the decor; from the bedding to the wall art my room was very aesthetically pleasing. The service was above reproach as well. We were greeted by a most pleasant and helpful front desk clerk whom was both friendly and efficient as the room was both nice and financially feasible (but not dangerously shady).

Checked in 2:30am Monday morning for a two day stay ending Tuesday morning 11am. Returned to room 11:45pm to get some rest to discovered someone at front desk checked me out Monday morning 11am & didn't notify me at all. 1st 2nd shift customer service lady tried to fix this but couldn't due to Red Roof End was 100% booked so she spend an hour trying to get me another hotel which she did finally to the Quality End next door for alittle more. You would figure they would make it right with a free or at lease discounted rate due to their screw up but hotels are not owned by Americans any more. I serve in the United States Navy protecting all my brother & sisters with my life & freedom so most of us can enjoy true freedom!

The customer service was good and the exterior of the building and main lobby area were nice and clean. There aren’t a ton of good options on this long stretch of road, so the location was as good as any.

When we got to our room, I was floored by the poor conditions. I knew that this would be basic / no-frills accommodations, but I wasn’t expecting large amounts of dirt, grime, and disrepair everywhere.

Wanting to give the benefit of the doubt that this place wasn’t all bad, I went to the front desk, explained that my room was not satisfactory, and they were quick to assign me a different room, which I appreciated. However, the second room was every bit as disgusting as the first.

I don’t know where these clean, comfortable rooms are that others were talking about - but these rooms are really in an unacceptable, borderline “call a building inspector and health department state of cleanliness.” The rooms smell of stale smoke, there were dark stains are all over the walls and window textiles, peeling paint on walls and ceiling, and just a ton of dust and grime everywhere. There was dark-colored mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and the door on the bathroom interior looked as though someone had locked a dog inside and it tried to get out. In addition, I brushed my teeth with bottled water because the faucets were so covered in rust and calcite.

If you are not particularly concerned with sanitary conditions when you select a place to stay while traveling, then this place may be a decent value, but I would otherwise avoid this place like the plague that it is.

The Hotel was in the perfect place just off freeway, cute little parkway on the street. The bed was soft, decor was good and the place was clean. Also the price was reasonable, and it must be well insulated because it was nice and cool and we didn't touch the air and it was hot outside. I'd stay there again.

The red roof inn is a joke o e there rooms are overpriced and they outrageous deposit s that they say they give back the next day DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY WILL FIND REASON NOT TO DO SO EVEN IF IT IS A LIE DNT RENT ROOM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

I was driving to Texas with my brother and we stopped here for the night. The room was extremely dirty. The floor corners hadn't been cleaned, the sheets had mold on them, and there was a terrible odor. I wouldn’t recommend someone to stay here. Good thing we were only here for 5 hours.

The location is the only good thing about this motel. Food in walking distance and it’s right off the highway.

Clean, comfortable room. A couple cosmetic issues, but I'll stay here again. You have to leave a deposit so you don't steal anything! Must be a sign of the times. Walls a little thin, we could hear next door TV. Whoever they hired to refinish the bathtub did shoddy work, at best. They should come back and clean their tape line. Sheetrock needs repaired. All in all, cosmetics didn't detract from the clean, comfortable value. P.S. shower could have been a little hotter.l

The room was nice but upon checking in (I remained in the car with the dog) someone of questionable intent approached the car and began knocking on the window. It was dark and who in their right mind walks up on a line woman and bears on the glass.

Let's just say the dog wasn't this guy's problem...

We alerted the front desk and they did get law enforcement there right away.

The room was great and so were they but the fact people are walking up on you at night is very concerning. Especially when we find out upon checking out, the day staff know who the guy is. Handle your locals so that your guests can feel safe.

The owners/operators have been above amazing. My family’s RV broke down on a cross country trip. We spent several nights, adding them day by day, as we were waiting on the mechanic to find the parts we needed. They gave great recommendations on assisting us and were overall great.

The room was very clean and there were no bugs of any type. Our dogs were happy and there is a great yard area to walk them next to the parking lot.

Supposed here a few times traveling. Parking is a little tight if hauling a trailer but otherwise ample and clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't good, the wheat and white bread had mold on them. The lady threw them out and offered new bread that they had and that also had mold on them.

Motel is look clean out & in side. Very good price for one night crash. But bad WiFi hope there fix that soon. ( I will let them know when check out)

Traveling with 2 small dogs. We were very impressed with Red Roof Inn. Beds were comfortable and we had full cable, which is unusual! We also had a fridge and microwave! Room was clean. We have found our new motel! Oh, and animals are free!
The only thing I found wrong was the walls in the bathroom are in need of repair. We stayed in room 102. We had a nice time, and I am so glad we have Red Roof Inn a try. The receptionist at front desk, (morning) when we check out on 1/22/24 was so friendly. We are very happy!

It could just be that we didn’t get the best room; However, when we first walked in, we were hit with the most awful musty old smell. We just needed a place to sleep for the night so we decided to stay. It didn't seem like the cleanest place but the sheets seemed to clean. The beds were surprisingly comfortable considering the quality of everything else. It seems like a very old building and definitely needs to be updated. Checking in was easy and checking out was even easier. I only rated customer service a 4 because the wifi password wasn’t working for us, and when I called she basically said she didn’t know. Which normally wouldn’t be a problem but one of us had absolutely no service in the area. Overall, our experience was not the best but if you’re looking for a place to sleep for a night, this one isn’t too bad.

They have tried to make a few improvements but it's not even close. The ceiling paint is falling everywhere you look. The water pressure in the shower was painful. Plaster is cracked in several areas. I will say the check-in went well. It is convenient to restaurants and gas stations.

Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. The prices for the rooms are good. Great location and the staff is very friendly. |If you are on a budget would highly recommend it. Pet friendly as well. Traveling back home stopped there a second time for overnight. It will be my choice hotel here on Forrest City.

I was a little worried based on previous reviews but I must say it was a good experience. I had to travel with my dog at the last minute and he was able to stay for free. You could tell they have been trying to fix it up. But we only needed a place to sleep for a night. My only wish is that these hotels had softer beds but most places are hard mattresses. The staff was friendly and they allowed late check in as long as you call ahead of time. Parking was only rough because the guests apparently forgot how to park. But the area was lit up pretty good.

*back again a week later! Can’t complain, the staff were still friendly and the room was still nice :) I appreciate the management responding. I know it can be difficult to have comfier bedding but thank you for having clean linens and actual blanket! I have stayed in hotels allll week and I’m am surprised at how many do not provide a blanket.

With an extra a jacuzzi did not use it but hey for the price that was Amazing

Nice price. NO bugs! Lighting is good. It’s just somewhere to sleep nothing spectacular. It was clean and bed is good. There Place to park medium size work vehicles.
