I hired ReBuilt for a full gut interior renovation. From the first call to the final site clean I felt taken care of.
The estimate was detailed and clear.The in-house designer, Kaitlyn, implemented my ideas and tactfully injected a few of her own to create a beautiful finished design.

My project manager Ricardo was on-site daily and posted logs on Buildertrend,the companies software system. It was great seeing the updates! He also kept adherence to the 16 week schedule and overcame some minor obstacles from the city and a few materials vendors.
All in all I'm very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend ReBuilt!

Worked with ReBuilt to remodel our kitchen. Fairly substantial project with two walls coming out to open up the room as well as refinishing the hardwood floors. The team was great and the work was done well. The focus on completing the work in the committed timeframe was a great benefit. We had a couple of surprises that resulted from breaks in communication but the team was quick to respond and correct the issues. Most importantly, the kitchen turned out beautiful!

Worked with ReBuilt to complete a full gut in 4 months. They have a dedicated team that is very detail oriented, and we appreciated the daily logs and photos of progress through their app. Everything was pretty seamless, and we felt that two-way communication was clear and effortless through change request quotes and easy decision buttons and payment options in app. As a busy household, we appreciated the extra efforts from the team in coordinating with city permits and inspections. Overall, they made us feel like a part of the team, responsive and respectful.

We’re so thankful for a great experience in a large project - they really brought our vision to life!

Highly recommend Rebuilt! We had a roof leak and were attempting to get more money from our insurance company for our build back. Rebuilt walked us through what to do and were communicating each step of the way. They worked directly with insurance, including multiple calls, emails, plus back and forth. We are very happy with our renovations! Rebuilt helped us with a major renovation of the first floor about 2 years ago and they were so great we hired them again to remodel the upstairs. Throughout both projects, the crews were great, the project didn't have any delays, and anytime an issue was pointed out, it was always taken care of with urgency and professionalism.

I would 100% recommend Rebuilt to family and friends. We liked having a dedicated project manager who visited the site daily and documented a daily log with photos. The crews worked 6 days a week and we never had any concerns of the project's timeline - in fact, both renovations finished ahead of schedule.
