Really good company to work with, was here within a day of damage and worked with me to get the repairs made when I was available.

Our 120 year old building had some storm damage to the roof. I spent a week calling other local contractors, just trying to get someone to show up, stabilize it before the next storm, and get an estimate for repair/replacement. I wish I had found Judd’s number sooner, because he came out the same day I called!

He helped us work through all the back and forth with our insurance to get our new roof covered, and they began work as soon as we got approval from the insurance company. It was not and easy job - high roof, tight neighborhood streets, old building. But Judd and his crew worked late into the evening for several days to get our new roof on before the weather turned.

Our neighbors even commented on what hard workers they were, how considerate, etc. I highly recommend Judd and this team!

Good reviews and 24/7 availability is what initially led us to Rebuilders. On a Saturday, we noticed a ceiling leak from the upstairs bathroom. Judd was there within a couple hours to assess. When the issue turned out to involve ceiling removal, mold removal, and plumbing repairs/replacement, we were somewhat overwhelmed. However, Judd and his team provided professional and efficient service every step of the way and made everything as smooth as possible for us.

In addition to being great craftsmen, Judd and the Rebuilders team are adept in dealing with insurance companies to help expedite the entire claim/estimate/payment process. The online portal they use for estimates, invoicing, and payment is also a great tool.

The team is professional, efficient, communicative, and skilled in a variety of home repair disciplines. They truly are a one-stop-shop. I highly recommend them and will continue to work with them on any future repair needs.

The Rebuilders team was professional throughout the process. I especially appreciated the open and prompt communications, right from the start. When I asked a question, they answered it right away. They were totally up front and honest with me regarding the work they would do and the price.

Specifically, I had them install ledger stone on a very large wall area, and also install backsplash glass tile in my kitchen. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. For example, they helped me take down my TV and reinstall it, and painted areas next to the ledger stone that had gotten unavoidably scuffed during installation. If I ever have more remodeling work to be done, I would certainly call Rebuilders again, and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Rebuilders under Judd’s leadership completed a 1920’s bungalow restoration. The work was professionally done and we are pleased with the final result. I would recommend rebuilders, we live 1,200 miles away. It takes allot of trust and confidence when so far away. Judd and team did and excellent job and are a trustworthy company.

The Owner Judd is a great guy and leader it is a fine, fine company ! And the rest of crew (all) are great fellows as well good workmanship ! All are attentive to see fit plans go thru smoothly ! Rebuilders is a definite yes !!!

Glad to know these folks exist! I’m sure we’ll be using them more in the future. Had dining room chandelier replaced, ceiling fan installed and garage door opener light tweaked. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Rebuilders has done extensive work for me and I will hire them over and over! As a matter of fact, I just called for another job today! Their work is top-notch and all the guys are so friendly. A pleasant experience from start to finish. Judd takes care of everything!

I would give 0 stars if it was an option, as I paid him $1,600 for nothing. I had water running down the side of my chimney and he said that he would fix it with some flashing and replacement of vented cap. This did nothing to solve the problem. The person that he contracted to do the job did return three times and was unable to solve the problem at all. I finally had to hire someone else. When I complained, he basically told me that because they tried to fix it I had to pay. Another complaint that I have is that although I hired Rebuilders, he contracted the job out to someone else who had bad reviews and left a mess each time he came out. I have since learned that it is "normal" to contract out jobs but it seems like it would be professional to at least have let me know that that is going to happen. Also one final warning about Rebuilders, he quoted me a price on replacing a deck that was outrageous. I had someone else do a wonderful job for SIGNIFICANTLY less (also fixed the leak), he also told me the whole frame needed redone, which it did not. Overall this was a really horrible experience and I am out $1,600. It's hard to find anyone in Morgantown but I would steer clear of Rebuilders.
