Reap Construction

Our home was built by Reap Construction in 2017. Through the building process Joy and Bob were amazing: very easy to work with, on top of communication, and understanding of any changes we requested. Our house is beautiful, and we couldn't have been happier with Reap Construction as our builder. Highly recommend their work!

Reap Construction built our small, efficient, modern home near Sugarbush. We were not in town for most of the construction, but knowing Bob was managing the job put us completely at ease. He understood our vision so he was able to handle any decisions that we could not make from afar. In addition, Bob was always willing to offer his suggestions when we didn’t know which way to go, and thankfully he was able to give us great alternatives when our decisions did not fit our budget. Joy was phenomenal to work with as she is extremely organized, efficient, and in control of everything from the big picture to small details. It was also fantastic working with her because she was always quickly available by either email or phone - you can’t find that type of communication in most industries let alone the building business. With Joy managing and Bob building, you cannot go wrong with them taking on your project. All of our guests rave about our home. We highly recommend Reap Construction.

Reap construction has consistently been our go-to when we need contracting help. They've helped us renovate our 150+ year old house, including adding a standing seam metal roof, and some day I hope they'll build our dream house for us. Joy and Bob are a pleasure to work with.

Bob and Joy Reap built our house. As a project manager, Joy is easy to work with and very detail oriented. Bob, as the key man in field and the supervisor, was always available for consultation and also easy to work with.

We truly had a great experience from the design phase through to the completion of construction. Four years on, we love our house and the quality holds true.

Reap Construction renovated our ski condo at Bolton Valley. They did a top to bottom re-fit, including taking out an old fireplace, significant energy and insulation improvements, doing over all bathrooms and kitchen.
It was the least stressful of the many construction projects my wife and I have ever done. Joy and my wife worked out all the details, and Bob had the crew complete the job in less time than allotted. The job was right on budget and everything was great. They also stand by their work. It was a five star experience and I believe we have the nicest and most efficient condo on the mountain!

Reap Construction roofed my barn, they repaired my siding, and insulated my mudroom. Their staff was professional, and their work ethic was admirable. In order to stay on schedule for the roof and to coordinate with other contractors coming to complete other parts of the barn, Reap's crew worked several nights. I was really impressed with the respect between staff and owners. And they did a beautiful job. I would hire them for any construction job. Their work was immaculate.
