Jim went over and above to expedite replacing my old gas water heater which was 14 yrs old and stopped working. I had been without hot water for 2wks … He was very thorough & efficient - corrected the gas plumbing to meet code, installed the replacement water heater and secured it with safety straps & pan. He showed me how to control the temp level, answered all my questions and told me to contact him if I had any further questions or concerns. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

Very professional. Extremely competent. From the very first interaction we knew that this part of our remodel was going to go smoothly. He knew exactly which regulations applied to our plumbing needs. His estimate was reasonable and the invoice was within the agreed upon parameters. Very responsive to the changing needs of our project. Our plumbing needs were small, but he never treated us like a small job. He could have easily uncharged us for aesthetic parts of the job and I would have been satisfied. However he told me what items were needed, made suggestions for ease-of-use products and let me source the necessary items myself, saving me literally hundreds of dollars for materials.

He added a hot water recirculating system so we don't have to wait for hot water at any of our fixtures and replaced our aging water heater.
