Absolutely fantastic experience with the entire Ram Jack team! We had a corner of our driveway that had sunk 2 inches and needed to be lifted. I couldn’t be happier from my initial phone call to the sign off on the project completion. Wendy was great at communicating through the entire process with setting up the visit for the estimate and keeping us informed all the way to the day of the repair visit. Bobby Torres was the project manager and he was also great at communicating from the estimate to showing up during the repair. His estimate was fair and the project stayed on budget. He was mindful of cleaning up after the repair and did a great job lifting and leveling our driveway corner. Absolutely great service and handling of the foundation installation from the original discussion with Ryan Carter to the actual installation of the steel piers. The crew of 3 were very careful handling of the hole digging for the 5 piers (one in the concrete floor that had to be jack hammered in the garage and 4 surrounding the garage, It was perfect. They completed the project with care and were finished much faster than we had thought. I would recommend both the company and using steel piers (yes, they are more expensive but are definitely worth it over the years and especially if you are planning to remain in the home and later be able to transfer the warranty. We had used Ram Jack at our previous home twice, in the front and back and had the same exceptional service.

To my surprise the Project Manager did not recommend repairs to my home after taking all the measurements. He said he could not justify it. If you think you have a problem, call RamJack and ask for Ryan. His honesty impressed me!

I would say the foundation repair from starr to finish went smoothly. From explaining what needed to be done to what we wanted, yes you do have options, for us there was only one meeting. The crew came out as expected on time and completed the work very professionally. So far, the work is completely satisfactory. I say so far, I was told the house had to settle again and then we'll know for sure. The project manager ensured me that the on site supervisor was very good at his job and I agree. Minimal disturbance and this crew was very professional.

I found Ram Jack via Google and booked a consultation based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. Shane was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. The assessment was thorough and honest. Shane did not try to upsell me in anything unnecessary and explained foundation movement to me bc I did not have a clue. If we need foundation work in the future it will be with Ram Jack! The pricing seemed reasonable and there was not a charge for the visit which was surprising considering the amount of work and detail put into the assessment.

I want to thank Shane for his help. I had just bought a house that was having issue with plumbing. Turns out it was a major job. During this major problem I need immediate help with foundation. Shane was able to get there the next day and evaluate the situation. Turns out all my concerns with paperwork from previous own was all messed up. But Shane did inspection and full report that showed I was all good and seller paper work was messed up. So instead of 30k work I thought I was going to pay he say I was good to go, no problems. Ryan just left and provided excellent service by explaining to me concisely that my foundation has settled since it's last inspection 10 years ago. He did not recommend anything be done as it could cause damage and I would incur unnecessary costs. Ryan but my mind at ease and saved me thousands!

I chose ramjack because they showed up first with a very high rating and a solid number of reviews. They probably are more expensive than others but the foundation repair I needed included addressing a failed repair from maybe 10 years ago by our homes previous owner. I feel confident, based on what the salesman showed me, that this company's method is superior. So in essence, you get what you pay for. Furthermore, he could have easily sold me a higher bill for more piers but assured me that the cracks I was seeing elsewhere were not indicative of a problem that needed their intervention, so I feel as though they're not untrustworthy.

I contacted Ram Jack based on the positive results some of my neighbors had with them. Shane came out very quickly and did a review of the entire house. His take off took about 3 hours. Once he identified the extent of the problem he presented me with a scope and estimate of repair. I like the method that they use to lift the slab. The job started wihin a couple days and they finished in one day. The best thing I can say is after they left, there was no mess, hole, dirt everywhere, just my house minus the cracks in the brick. They handled the engineer, permits and final plumbing test as part of the job.

RAMJack does the job right even when the issue is not straight forward. The previous owners of this home used RAMJack to stabilize the foundation but did not do the entire house and there was some major movement as a result. After transferring the warranty on the original work, which was not inexpensive, we added six new steel piers, including one helical and one steel piling inside the house which helped restore the neutral slab condition. The result was movement in the first 24 hours that correct issues that existed when we bought the house a year ago and we can finally restore the finish to what it should be. I would add that our cleanup after RAMJack is very minimal, including inside - that impressed me as much as the work.

I will say that RAMJack is not inexpensive but if you heed their advice you will only need to see the once. The warranty is very high value and is structured differently than most other foundation companies, although how long they have been in business speaks volumes!

My house had a leak from what appeared to be the foundation. I called RamJack, who the next day sent out one of their techs (Shane). Not only was Shane was really good at communicating his arrival time and upon arrival he was really quick to assess the foundation and provide me with a course of action. I'm in the process of doing a number of house renovation projects and wanted to make sure that my foundation was ok before starting any of them. I scheduled an appointment with Ram Jack and Ryan came out on a weekend and gave me an evaluation. Turns out that I have nothing to worry about when years ago I was given caution that I would need work.

I was told there were some shifts that were within standard, but that he didn't recommend work to be done. I highly appreciate the professionalism and the time he spent measuring everything only to tell me that everything looks good to go. So while I did not end up needing any repairs, I highly appreciated the honest evaluation and would recommend this company to people who are looking to see if they need a foundation repair.

It hadn't changed much over the years but we had been having issues with excess water under and around our foundation. Saul assured us the house had not moved that much and recommended we contact someone to divert rain water around the foundation. The Long version for those that would like the full details:
From the start of my first initial phone call with Shane, he was humbly kind while speaking to me. This made our in-person meeting even greater. Shane took time to explain all findings and even areas that were not at a concern with me. (Which was very comforting) He shared with me products offered by the Ram Jack team and how foundation work is an important investment. The best part above all is that he shared with me that even if I did not do business with them, the impact of foundation repair and what to expect over time with poor foundation that has not been addressed. Not that I was on the fence at all, he just understood that cost can often be a fearful hindrance when making a choice to spend money on something you can't see. This showed a level of care far beyond an average company looking to grab quick business from customers. What I did not share with Shane was that I read many reviews from customers on other foundation repair sites (Not Ram jack) and read how they spent so much money with these other companies due to future repeat calls. That might explain why regularly routine foundation home repair was considered to be the norm way of thinking with some of my neighbors. Since purchasing this home, one of my next door neighbor's has had two different companies work on their homes' foundation. Both times they dug up nearly an entire side of the home to do repairs which was mind-blowing when I saw how different it was when compared to Ram Jack. Since Ram Jack is not using the concrete type of material that so many other companies use it causes them to stand out. On one hand that is good because they are using a product that not everyone else has today. This means there is a chance for less repeated foundation calls for the same area of the home after the work is completed, not to mention they truly stand by their lifetime warranty. Shane went over everything after the walkthrough and we discussed options regarding payment plans, how the work would be done and how involved I could get when the foundation expert tech installers were on site at my home.
When Lupe and his team arrived, I thought something was a little strange. It was because everyone was smiling while doing labor-intensive work, while I struggled to find the motivation to mow the lawn every week. I work in technology so seeing this was rare, but so amazing! That's when I learned that they were smiling because they loved the work they were doing and they really took pride in it. They worked fast and the work noise levels were super low compared to what I witnessed at my neighbors that used a different foundation company. Lupe communicated things, allowed me to capture photos and even agreed to the selfish request I made regarding the extra dirt that accumulated when the work was completed. Lupe also addressed another concern of mine that moved me to tears because he could've kindly replied "that's not on our list" but instead he shared that he would be happy to take a look and an upstairs bedroom door that showed light cracks and he provided great feedback. This was another great example of Ram Jack going above and beyond to take care of our family.
I cannot forget about Donna and Leandra. Both young ladies took great care of me with understanding completing the first initial payment, final payment and my referral receiving his gift card. They made the process smooth and easy to complete.
Last but not at all least to Randee, thank you so much for talking with me when I needed assistance. This is just one more great example of how my interactions have gone with every member of the Ram Jack team.

Just got our piers installed yesterday. Crew showed up right on schedule. They sent a big crew so the job got done in one day. Very clean after job was completed. Yard and landscaping looked good. A little on the high side expense wise, but worth it in the long run.

I did a lot of research & spoke with two other companies before deciding on Ram Jack, and I would use Ram Jack again. Several reasons why:

1. They've been in business a long time and are all over the country. I know of too many people who had work done and when there was a problem, the company no longer existed. The family owned business is great, but not all children want to follow in the family business.

2. Ram Jack uses U.S. steel. I worked for a defense contractor for 35 years and although I am not a metallurgist, I've had many conversations with them over the years. The quality of metal used is extremely important. Google it for yourself.

3. Although the two other companies that came to my house had good reputations locally, neither took any measurements. One actually told me he was basically (and this is a direct quote) "buying your problem". I didn't want someone " buying" my problem.
I wanted my problem fixed! My neighbor used the other company I interviewed and in a short time had them back again and was going to ask them to "go deeper". Upon further questioning, he said they went 8, 12 or 15 feet deep. Ram Jack went 44 feet on my house and our houses are back to back!

I would like to say that I could have gone with the other companies for much, much less $ than Ram Jack. But I don't think I would be as satisfied in the long run & I'd be shelling out more money for the same area later. One other thing I found interesting: I also spoke to a local realtor and asked if he had recommendations. I told him which companies I had interviewed. His first question was "How long do you plan on staying in the house?" Wow! You really have to do your homework!

Lastly, the workers who came to my house took off their shoes every time they had to come back into the house to check measurements. They were courteous and polite and left the worksite neat.
