Rainbow Restoration of Glendale

I hired Rainbow Restoration of Glendale to restore a damaged wall between my garage and laundry room. This entailed rebuilding the wall between the garage and the laundry room, and painting and texturing same, replacing fire rated door. Rehanging cabinet and repairing finish on cabinet and painting the laundry room. I worked with Scott and his team during the restoration and found them to be thoughtful about my needs and concerns. In addition, I needed a cabinet in my kitchen altered to accommodate a new refrigerator and a door remodeled as it was hung incorrectly by another contractor. Scott was most helpful in getting these additional items accomplished, much to my satisfaction. The team was great to work with, and I am planning on working with them in the future.

When I finally decided to replace my very old tub with a shower, it turned out that the subfloor had a lot of water damage and wasn't safe. Rainbow Restoration came in and replaced the subfloor and flooring. Scott (the owner) worked with me personally, getting me the best deal and making sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with Scott and Rainbow restoration. I had damage after a rain storm that caused significant water leakage through my roof and into my hallway. His staff is highly professional. Respectful when they were in my home. They did their best to keep dust to a minimum. I needed new tile and baseboards. Their tile setters were top-notch. And their trim, fitters installing baseboards were on point. So if you need any kind of remodeling, restoration, or reconstruction I'd certainly would reach out to Scott and his company. He never met me with any excuses. He made multiple site visits to the house while his crew were working and clarified instructions to serve me, the customer.

Rainbow Restoration did an absolute fantastic job both managing the work on my house due to a slab leak from the Demolition all through to the completion of the newly installed floor and repairs from the damage. Scott, the owner is extremely responsive visiting the job site itself on several occasions and always following up to make sure quality work was being done by their subcontractors. Isaac, the project manager was extremely easy to work with, very communicative, And always responsive to texts and phone calls getting back to you in a very timely manner. I recommend hiring these guys very highly for any big repair jobs that you may need done on your house.

So, when you have to have restoration work done it's typically not a good circumstance. Fortunately, our experience with Rainbow Restoration of Glendale was well handled. We had a pipe burst under the kitchen sink while we were away for the summer and our insurance recommended Rainbow Restoration. After talking with Scott on the phone and flying to Arizona to meet with him we were so glad they did. They had already started getting the house dried out and explained in detail what the next steps were going to be. They communicated with us at each step of the way and if we had a question it was easy to get ahold of them and had the answer right away. They also worked closely with the insurance company and got them what they needed to get the claim processed. After 4 months we were back in our home and it was amazing what they had accomplished in such a short time. Great workmanship and care for details from all of their team. We would call Rainbow Restoration again if the need came up. We would like to thank Scott, Nick, Issac, and the whole Rainbow team for their support through the last few months. Rainbow Restoration of Glendale was a lifesaver! I can't say enough good things about Rainbow Restoration. After discovering a leak behind the wall of my laundry room I called my insurance company and they referred Rainbow Restoration of Glendale.
They showed up right when they said they would and were so respectful of my home.
What really impressed me was how they helped manage everything with my insurance claim - it took a huge weight off my shoulders. The team's communication was top-notch, keeping me in the loop every step of the way.
They had to tear down part of the walls between the laundry room, a bathroom and a hall linen closet. After fixing the leak it took several days for them to use dehumidifiers and dryers to remove mold and to dry the frame work between the rooms. They would send somebody out every day to make sure everything was drying well.
Then came the drywall work, wall texturing and painting. They were able to match the paint perfectly.
They left my place spotless after finishing the job. Talk about going above and beyond!

Our toilet broke and flooded three of our rooms. Jona from Rainbow Restoration of Glendale came out and took care of us. The office staff Scott, Nubya, and Mari were awesome! Scott, the owner, also checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going good.

I discovered some unexpected water damages in my bedrooms that went into my bathrooms. Scott, the new owner came less then an hour to my home and he did his inspection and sat down with me to go through the details of what to expect time wise and what we needed to do in order to how we will get it fixed. Scott and his team got out to my house right away to start the work on the damages. Scott also has a reconstruction business named SNK construction and we utilized his company to remodel the bathrooms after fixing the water damage. It was so great to be able to use SNK because they did an amazing job and were able to get started so quickly which was right after fixing the water damage. It was very convenient, and I would have not wanted anyone else to do that work because Scott made sure that I had no reservations for using SNK construction by talking with me about my options and reassuring me that he will take the best care of me, which he did that. He has great professionalism and truly cares about his customers getting taken care and he showed me that by helping me through the stressful and unfortunate situation. Andre with Rainbow Restoration of Glendale did a great job!! My dishwasher line broke and flooded my kitchen and dining room. Andre was very infortmative and got everything dried out and left my home very clean.

We had some water damage due to our parapit wall having cracks in the stucco that leaked through the drywall along the entire west side of our home and Rainbow was referred by our Homeowners Insurance. WOW! What a great, CLEAN & Professional company. They worked as fast as our insurance company would allow them and at the end of the restoration, repairing drywall and painting they absolutely did a FANTASTIC job. Would recommend & Thank YOU!

I had a good experience with Rainbow. They came and assessed my damage quickly, were professional, they let me know when each service tech was coming, I needed dry wallers, painters, a carpet replaced. They helped me communicate with my insurance also. The staff was friendly.

Office lady crude, angry, mean, rude, hangs up in customers, and screams. They are on 8 weeks of delays after remediation which that employee, Andre, was only kind person they have. Project manager Daniel lies and is unresponsive. Owner never steps in when contract broken. Painter spilled paint all over and in front of neighbors car. Work still not complete. Don't hire!!! They treat clients like pieces of dirt. Horrible customer service!!

I recently got a small leak and this company was recommended by our insurance company to fix the roof and prevent mold problem. The crew was great but John was courteous and professional which I appreciate. However, I want to say that my frustration with this whole situation began with the office manager, Mayte whom I had a chance to talk to a few times on the phone and email of which didn’t go through very smoothly since she would often be having an attitude and hang up the phone at time when I questioned about the payment. Also, one of the charges for over $200 dollars for decontamination was questionable with the bill upward of nearly 1 thousand dollars were spent with a bunch of fees tacked on and this is before they fix anything a week plus in. This is also when I learned from the insurance company that they wouldn’t pay for the wear and tear of the roof which meant I have to stop the work from Rainbow before the bill got out of control fixing a small leak. Long story short this was a process and the office manager Mayte didn’t make it any easier. I would strongly recommend you do your due diligence and make sure you get everything in writing before begin any sort of work.

Had some storm damage to my garage cieling and had rainbow come out to look at the damages for an estimate, i was told I would get a call back same day with estimate... and 5 days later I had to call back because I didn't hear anything from them. I was told it would be x amount of dollars with all these other fake fees that ended up being $2000 more than anybody else's quotes STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
