Rain Proof

We wanted to hire a proper roofing company to address a leaky skylight that we’ve always had issues with. They were responsive and came for an assessment quickly and came up with a great permanent fix. They are friendly and knowledgeable and so far so good, will contact them for future roofing work.

Such an EASY 5 stars. First, they were responsive, and on site quickly. Then actually thoughtful in the best approach for the specifics of the roof. After agreeing a plan, they began and completed work quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. Most impressive to me however though was how they handled a couple of extras I asked at the end. They never brushed off my concerns and incorporated my ideas with smiles and polite manners. They gave me some longevity advice for a water system that I had just had installed (a breathable mat below the cistern -cheap and available at HD), advice to better secure the A/Cs for strong winds with concrete anchors and cable (also cheap and easy for me to do), advice on a roof done poorly and cheaply that they didn't do and that I was fixing myself. . . I mean, really can't say enough. They were the type of professionals with whom you hope to work. Will certainly use them again if any other roofs have issues . . . meanwhile, this one is good to go!

The company was very professional, always came when they said they would (very difficult to find reliable people even when requesting pricing).

In regard to the work itself, excellent. We had a damaged zinc roof that would leak at various areas. They explained in a detailed manner where the issue was and why, and how to correct it. We thought they may had to replace the whole roof! This is what some other company had said (without actually even going up to see -def didn’t confide in their recommendation). But they went up did various test and determined this was not the case -saving us a lot of money!

After all the work, which was done in 2 days -our roof is in fact “Rain Proof”! Thanks for all the great work but especially in educating us during the process!
