Brandon Corbin is the project manager I worked with and he was exceptionally knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great communication and after having received excellent work on my roof replacement (professional team, no mess left, gutters in shape, warranty provided, etc) I decided to hire them for another house to replace gutters and the turn around on both was fast and timeliness remarkable. I definitely will use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

Radiant did an excellent job on the roof at Glenora Baptist Church and were very helpful with every step of the process from the initial consultation visit to the final nail. They took care of the headaches of meeting with the claims adjusters and dealing with the insurance company. I was surprised at how fast they were able to get the approval of the insurance company, have all the materials scheduled and delivered, and yes, the project even started on time. Working with Radiant and John Wilt my solar professional provided us an exceptional experience from the very beginning (where we had a lot of questions), through more definitively understanding what to expect with respect to Kwh production (as my house had a lot of tree issues), through the installation and now through getting our system up and running. I shopped around some and could not find anyone that was willing to do a very thorough analysis of our sun issue and what to expect and then guaranteed this , which others would not do. He was clearly interested in helping us to make the best informed decision we could make ... He was patient, honest and sincere. Would recommend John and Radiant to anyone interested in adding solar panels to your home. They use Nexxus for installation and warranty work and they are first class as well.

Solar array installed efficiently and with minimum disruption to daily activities. One problem initially which was quickly addressed. After a year another minor problem developed which likewise was quickly addressed. Satisfied with the whole operation.

Radiant Solar is who I send my friends to who are interested in solar. I began this solar journey out of desperation to decrease my electric bill, I have not only reduced it, it is almost nonexistent. I have also increased the value of my home by adding alternative energy. In the year that I’ve had them installed they have required no maintenance. My wife and I were looking for a solar power system for our home, and Dan Freshley, of Radiant Home/Solar assisted us to obtain a top notch system, which is working out better than we anticipated. Dan was able to answer every question we had, without hesitation, and continues to be available to answer questions when needed, even after our completed installation which I find outstanding. He knows the product and is a wealth of information. The system we purchased from him was reviewed by a friend’s son who is an engineer and he looked at everything, and told us this is a top notch system. It was nice to have an outside review of our selected energy array, and everything Dan helped us with and which he told us about happened as promised. My wife and I are extremely picky when it comes to details, specifics and designs with construction on our home, and Dan and his company surpassed our expectations. I can easily rate this overall experience at a 5 Star rating, and would rate it higher if possible. We appreciate his responsiveness and as we become more familiar with our system each day, realize we were fortunate to have him guide us on this project. I have a panel on my system not working. Apparently the wire to the panel micro-inverter is not working or not connected

Yes, I recommend Radian Solar because of:
1) Quality of their product and amazing engineering to get the entire solar ecosystem to work the way that it does. They are not selling someone else's product, it's their engineered product they stand behind
2) Warranty is top of class and they have b securities to give you piece of mind that the warranty will be honored even if they are not around
3) The Team is amazing from Sales, Implementaion to Post support. They exceeded my expectaions for how quickly they installed the panels and all components to make it operate. They took care of all of the various inspections and approvals (HOA, Chesterfield County, and Dominion Energy). There was a 2 week snag with getting Dominion approval, but that was on Dominion and not Radiant Solar, who did what they could do to escalate that situation. It was a painful 2 weeks becasue everything was in installed and ready for the breaker to be turned on and all we needed was Dominion’s approval
4) Education/knowledget sales provide about most things solar, to sale team patiently walking me through the physical equipment, swithches and the Enlighten App, to the corporate team providing customer training video’s. Warning the Enlighten App is very addictive…so much fun seeing energy your panels are producing. I got my first Power Bill and it was $0!
5) Other Support:
a) Daniel set me up with a Finance company,\ which had rates well below market rates. I did not have to pay anything out of pocket, so it made the large financial investment painless
b) Daniel also set me up SREC Aggregater. If you do not know what this is please Google it as its free money for solar owners. I did not know about this benefit, but the payout per kwh you produce is fairly substantial, and you do not give any of you power you produce away, and definately should be another reason/benfit for going solar if you are on the fence.

I am now looking fowared to my 1 year Assessment with Radiant Solar to determine expected annual performance vs. actual performance.

They did everything as promised. My only comment is they could have explained the approval process for net metering better.

Really great company too work with. My panels went up quickly and great on getting what we needed not up charging.

We have had our solar panels for 2 years now and love them. We have all our neighbors compliment them and ask us how they work. If you are thinking about working with Radiant, they have been great to work with.

I have never worked with a company that is so professional yet personal. John was my representative and he talked (text and phone) almost daily! When we first started our solar journey the family decided we needed a new roof first, John said we can arrange that! We started the process by getting a new metal roof then out wonderful solar panels. The group of guys that did the installation were great! Let me know what was going on, one of them even chased down Molly my 100 lb mut! He will tell that story for months. All in al I can say nothing bad about Radiant Solar!
