R&S painting painted our new large deck, Ray came gave us an estimation and explained everything about the paint we chose and the wood of our deck. His wife and son painted the whole deck twice in only 2 days. They did an excellent job, his wife almost took no breaks she was just a worker bee. I can only and always recommend Ray and his family for a great paint job. I’m thinking about having him paint inside my house too.

I would like to share the AWESOME experience I had with Ray and his Company. I needed to have my house power washed and painted. When I reached out to Ray he responded immediately and came to my home to discuss what I wanted done. By the next business day he provided me with a invoice containing a breakdown of everything that was needed. The cost was more than fair! My goal was to have it all done for Easter and Ray delivered on that by completing everything in two days. I would recommend them to everyone and I hope to work with them again soon. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely careful with our things while they painted. They went above and beyond helping us with wall repairs, door repairs, and even a dryer hose issue.
When you call them they actually answer the phone or at the very least call you back asap.

R & S Painting has been painting for us for many years. They have always done a fantastic job. Always on time, great painting skills, very neat and clean. This company is the BEST! I called R&S Painting amd Ray was very prompt in calling me back. He scheduled a time to come out and do estimate and showed up exactly the time. Ray was very professional and I explained the timeframe and work needed. He called me back that evening and gave me a detailed list of ALL the paint that was needed. He took the job and his wife Sissy and son Chris were nothing short of AMAZING! Sissy is very detailed and even helped me with deciding whether or not I wanted to do an accent wall and she gave me her expertise and it was exactly what my realtor said. I changed up a little outside of what I originally wanted and Sissy was the greatest in making my dream come true. Never got impatient or rushed the job. They are FAST , RELIABLE, GREAT QUALITY and felt like family by the time they were finished. They finished the job in 3 days just like what was quoted. I even had him give me an estimate for some more painting projects after they were finished. Its hard trying to find hard working, reliable and great quality work but this small business company is IT! I highly recommend R&S Painting to anyone looking for a professional painter who legitimately cares about his work and his business' reputation. They were very responsive to all texts and phone calls. And their follow through was exactly as promised. These are two things difficult to find in any kind of contractor these days! Also, a special shout out to R&S because an unforeseen and unavoidable problem showed up with the paint job after they left (please note this was no fault of theirs). To their credit, they were very concerned and eager to come out and fix it as soon as possible. They did, and the paint job was perfect. You can't go wrong selecting R&S Painting for your next paint job.

Ray and his team did an Amazing job! It was a very big job and they absolutely killed it! We had the entire interior done along with our fireplace and we couldn't be happier. The workmanship was fantastic and the pricing was perfect. They are some of the nicest people I have met here in Virginia since moving here 2 years ago. Ray explained everything in detail and the quotes were laid out perfectly. Ray and his wife gave awesome ideas on how we should paint the fireplace and my wife and I absolutely loved it! We had 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom painted today with this wonderful company. They did a phenomenal job for us! They were all very friendly and kept me informed as the project went on through the day. They were able to get the job completed earlier than expected and were very reasonable with their fees. They have good attention to detail and cleaned up everything afterwards. My husband (who is picky) is very impressed with the finished rooms. We highly recommend R and S Painting! I am all about using small businesses and this is the one to use. They were great to work with and professional in all aspects. They were also able to make a 3 day job down to 2 days and my house has a ton of trim and they did not skip anything to cut the time down.

I have had R&S Painting for many jobs. They painted my previous home and just completed the entire interior at the home I just purchased. They are excellent and do an outstanding job! I highly recommend them.

We've had R&S do work for us on two occasions so far, a small job first and then a larger job. Overall, we've had wallpaper in 4 rooms removed, existing wall and ceiling defects repaired, rooms and ceilings painted, and the deck power-washed and stained. The jobs were fair and reasonably priced. The work was conducted carefully and neatly and yet completed faster than I expected on both occasions. The finished projects look great and we're very happy with the results. Ray, Sissy, and Dean were personable and easy to talk with. We have planned additional work with R&S.

We hired R&S Painting to paint our large den and large bedroom including two hallways. Painting the ceilings (popcorn) and crown molding and chair railing. Our house is part 80 yrs old and 35 yrs old with plaster and sheetrock.We had a few problems spots. Ray and his crew did a great job repairing all the problem areas. The finishing work is outstanding. Will be using them again.
