This business was paid good money by an investor to put a roof on a house that I purchased and have only been living in for a year and a half. I called them when I first moved in to fix an issue with the roof. They sent someone and I thought the issue would be fixed. Now with all the rain in SC, my roof is beginning to leak. I've been reaching out for a month and no one has responded to my calls. This business should honor their work. Roofs are supposed to be good for 15-20 years if installed correctly. This business should be ashamed to allow a family to move in knowing they took shortcuts on the installation of any roof.

I have used Bob Howell multiple times for both roofing and vinyl siding repair, once for hardy plank installation. He has always done excellent work and provided it at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
