We had a valve on our water heater fail and spray water all over the garage and our living room. PuroClean responded within a couple hours to have someone look at the mess and by that same night had fans drying out everything. Puroclean had people out each day checking moisture levels until the very thing was dry. I would highly recommend their services should you ver need them.

Ian and his team did a very thorough job with testing for moisture in the walls and floors and setting up all the fans to do the water mitigation they came out and dried everything out. The next steps are the reconstruction. PuroClean has made this disaster seamless in bringing our home back to where it needs to be. Great experience.

The worst service and company I’ve dealt with. I would recommend calling around first before hiring these people to fix anything. They do not do the work themselves. They subcontract everything and just pay a guy $300 to do all the work. We have been trying to get this work completed since October. They are very very unreliable!!! I have had to take off multiple days of work to wait for them for them to just not show up! Also they were supposed to reseal the windows on the inside where a draft was coming in and the guy forgot to do it and no one ever reeled the gap before completely inclosing the dry wall!!

Wow wow wow! Daisy and Peyton are both assets to this company, from beginning to end they walked me through the process to help mitigate damages done to my house by hurricane Milton. After my house got 6 feet water I really thought I had lost everything, but with Puro cleans help I was able to get my house and life back in order.

If there was a 0 star we would. This franchise serviced us in Florida after Helele. It was a 8 week night mare. Till we finally said enough. Nothing but bad communication, change of price and rescheduling work. Like the storm wasnt stressful enough this company added more. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
