When my septic system failed and backed up under my house, I was panicked and Puro clean came out right away. They were professional, honest, delivered on their service promise and very reasonable in their price considering their job!

I cannot recommend PuroClean enough. We've used them twice for two water leaks. Both times they responded quickly and treated us like family. They monitored with great care to make sure the area was completely dry and the problem determined. PuroClean of Spartanburg goes above and beyond the call of duty.

My management company required water damage remediation on a Friday afternoon for one of our rentals. Steven arranged for a technician to arrive and address the situation the very same day. The tenant reported that the tech was both respectful and courteous to him. The tech followed u with the tenant to check on the progress. We had significant flooding in the wake of Hurricane Helene. Joey from PuroClean was tremendous in the midst of power outages and gas shortages to make certain our basement was clear of water/mold in a timely manner. Had a sewer backup in a house we had just bought. I contacted another company, and they told us they would file with our insurance and take care of all that, and sent someone out to do an estimate.

We had water in the floor in one bathroom, and nothing draining in the other. We had a plumber lined up to completely redo the plumbing once the restoration team did their part.

Over a week later, we were still waiting, trying to give that company a chance. I decided we couldn't wait any longer, and we contacted Steven at PuroClean.

He came out that day, and in three days they finished and had everything ready for the plumber to get started. Steven was professional and helpful about the whole process, and everyone involved in the work was friendly and professional!

While having to deal with pipe leaks and water damage certainly wasn’t something my wife and I wanted on the top of our to-do list, PuroClean made the process much better than it could have been. My pipes burst during the cold snap on Christmas eve and my ceiling fell in due to the water. They responded quickly and got all of the affected areas cleared out and dry. They were great to work with. Arrived within one hour after emergency call to start clean up from water leak in wall. Took pictures of all damage, cleaned up water and removed carpet and dry wall then started heated blowers. Followed up daily until ever thing dry. Sent everything to insurance company. This is an AAAA+++ company with great employees.

I'm in the midst of buying a home and received an iffy air quality report. With little direction or understanding and a limited timeline, I called PuroClean to see if they had a few minutes to review the report for me and let me know if there were major concerns or remedies needed from the seller.

Joey was amazing and told me to email it over without hesitation. He called back 30 minutes later and asked if he could visit the home to inspect it -- for free -- same day.

He provided a detailed report of his findings (which luckily did not include mold infestation) along with a list of suggested recommendations (some of which did not include using PuroClean services, and he referred me to other vendors).

Joey's professionalism and general willingness to help out so last minute is rare in today's world. There was nothing in it for him except a potential future customer. That tells you a lot about the decency of this company.

Our family suffered an unexpected house fire on May the 7th of 2021 and as tragic as it was, PuroClean helped us along the way with our belongings. They were quick and efficient and also very knowledgeable about their process and wasn’t afraid to let us know how things were going to end up after the water/fire damage. They really and truly made our lives a lot easier during this process. All of the men who came out were nice and courteous, also the manager Thomas was an awesome guy. Thank you all! After leaving my car door open all night during a snow/rain storm, my car was full of water. I took my car the next morning and the staff was wonderful. They were professional, on time, and my car was like new again. I don’t know what I would have done without them. I would never go anywhere else.

Puroclean was responsive to our emergency on a Friday afternoon when other companies would not help us. We had a water leak that had damaged a small area of carpet and the wall. A worker was sent out within the hour to assess the situation and help us understand our options for a safe cleaning. An appointment was made for early the next morning to clean and contain it. Cleaning was done well in about an hour. We did the work for replacing baseboards and carpet and did the repainting. Would recommend them and would use them again.

While it was a very small job, a cushion from a brand new couch that a guest had soiled, we couldn't get it clean. Dry cleaner said no and I was desperate to get it clean. Puro Clean took care of it for me and it is perfect again. Thank you.

PuroClean did a great job providing cleaning and disinfecting services for us after someone in our office building tested positive for COVID-19. They were timely and professional. I would hire them again any day!

Water line burst on August 21. Insurance sent puroclean to do water cleanup. They ripped out all the insulation under my house where the water heater was because it was all soaked. Completely tore out the laundry room and bathroom down to subfloor. Subfloor was shot so it got replaced also. Clean up was fairly well done. When they started repairing is when it went all to hell.
Floors improperly cut so subfloor is still showing. Walls had 2 coats of paint slapped on within an hour and paint bubbled up and literally fell off the walls. One room not painted at all. Baseboards not painted or sealed. Vanity installed at incorrect angle and not even touching the floor. No caulk around the vanity to waterproof it. Toilet installed improperly so it leaked all over the brand new floors. Insulation installed under the house with no hangers and several sections were skipped. We were never allowed to pick a vanity. They picked one for us and installed it.
Insurance reimbursed us over $1300 for work that Puroclean did so poorly and for work they didn't do and claimed to have done. Book definition of insurance fraud right there!
Owner was too busy to come out and look at the shoddy work.
1000% would not recommend them for ANY work done on your house.

After having a water line burst in my house i contacted my insurance carrier.They immediately sent puroclean out to access the damage.They checked house and said we needed to move out as soon as possible which we did.My insurance carrier asked if i cared if puroclean did the estimate instead of them.This is were i made a bad DECISION and agreed!After the team of men they sent begin to strip my floors down to sub floor because of the damages every piece of molding in my house was prized away from floors damaging every sheetrock wall in my house which i know they couldn't help.Now the adjuster comes out and does appraisal and gives to me and tells me if anything he left out contact him.Well after the contractor came he noticed several things he missed right away and he contacted him about and one being no money for fixing and painting walls but in only 2 rooms.Well we tried sever attempts to get in touch with him for weeks and finally someone calls me back and said he no longer works for puroclean!I explained the situation and she said she would check and be in contact with insurance agent.After several attempts with insurance agent she said puroclean told her the didn't damage the walls!!I will never do business with them again!

My wife and I were looking for a reputable company to come to our home to clean our carpet. We were made aware of PuroClean through some friends at our church. Once we called, the quick and efficient response by Thomas Maguire and the PuroClean Team was so easy and quick. They came into our home very professionally and respectfully of our home. We have used Puroclean twice. First time, they were recommended to us when we had a broken water pipe which resulted in 3 rooms covered in water. Mr. Maguire came out promptly and got everything under control. Fans and curtains were placed and supervised while drying our rooms.. Puroclean did a super job.
