We were given an unexpected Xmas gift with a leak in our kitchen. ProDry responded immediately and began the dry out process the same day we called. We used them also for the renovation of our kitchen and they did an amazing job. Their work product was fantastic, they are quick to respond and helped us with working with our insurance company during the entire process. I highly recommend ProDry to anyone.

Just had a wonderful experience using this company. ...Very professional and knew exactly what was needed. The most important part for me when using companies such as this is the interaction with the personnel sent to do the job. All were very friendly and you could tell in a very short time that they had a great deal of 'working' experience. And they worked quickly but didn't rush!!! Hats off to this great tradesman company!!

A water leak always seems worse before you actually know the cause and extent of the damage. ProDry was the voice of clam I needed. Ralph and crew always answered calls, showed up when they said, and there were no surprises. Very professional and very understanding. I couldn't recommend ProDry Restoration enough! Both Mike and Ralph were so helpful and went above and beyond with customer service. They came out the same day we got in touch with them and provided incredible knowledge and laid out all steps to get my house worked on. House is dry and I couldn't have asked for better work. Don't hesitate to call them!

ProDry was fast, efficient, thorough, clean, friendly, and professional! I had a pipe burst in my house, and while the plumbers were still here, ProDry came in and remediated the damage quickly. They took out my ceiling, floors, walls, etc, all within hours, cleaned up and set up fans to dry everything out throughout the week and over the weekend. I either had daily visits or calls from them to check on the moisture levels in our home and to check in to see if I had any questions or concerns. After the weekend, they came back, checked everything again, did a walk through to double check everything, and once they were sure it was all dry, they loaded up the fans and again asked if they could do anything else for me. Very thankful for ProDry.

Amazing communication during flood we had in our home. Crew was out here when supply hose broke to our toilet in master. The crew was out here at 7:45 am. Extracted water and removed affected flooring. Set equipment and dried up subfloor. Meet up with insurance adjuster upon inspection and repairs started shortly after. Thank you ProDry for quick response and assistance with this mess

Excellent. And honest! Before repairing a bathtub, my plumber recommended we call Pro Dry to check for moisture. Mike arrived and inspected the bathroom. He was quick and professional. After finding no moisture, he gave me an honest report that it was all good. Its so nice to have a company you can trust. Great job, Pro Dry!

Mike and his team have been amazing to work with! We had a pipe burst a few weeks ago, flooding our laundry room, kitchen and dining room. Mike was here within 30 mins of us calling and got right to work! He has been coordinating with the contractors and has provided guidance on how to work with insurance throughout this whole process. We would not have been able to do any of this without Mike and his team! Highly recommend him for any and all restoration needs!

I am beyond satisfied with ProDry - From customer service, to the actual drying of material, to walking me through billing with insurance -- They really care about their customers. They are always willing to take your call no matter the time of day to answer any questions you have. In a time of total panic, they also got me scheduled right away, so we didn't need to worry about any further water damage. Galina, Mike, and team were absolutely amazing. Very fair and also have connections to other contractors that will also help you out for fair pricing. Cannot say enough about ProDry.

Wonderful company to work with. They helped to turn what could have been a very stressful situation into as smooth a process as possible. As a mom with young children, I didn’t need something else to worry about and I’m grateful they were recommended to me.

We had a huge water leak that caused damage to many rooms. I called them at 12am and they were here within the hour, setting up fans and extracting water until well past 4AM.

I've used other water remediation companies before and ProDry is the most professional, knowledgeable and thorough companies I've used. Sometimes I've found other companies are quick to rip everything out without discussion and thought, and Michael was very open to discussing with me options and pros/cons of removing certain floors.

His team was super friendly and they were very clean - after the pulled up some of our hardwoods, they made sure to tape every edge and corner so no one in our family stubbed their toe or got injured. They vacuumed up daily and used air scrubbers to keep the air clean after all the dust from removal got into the air.

I'll update this review once the claim is all settled to see how they do with interfacing with our Homeowners Insurance company, Liberty Mutual. If it goes well, I couldn't be happier with them helping us out in a bad situation and would def recommend.

He felt like an angel in the midst of the chaos that was my home that day. He took over the mess, dried my home, helped me call insurance, recommended renovation companies, even showed up for appointments with some of the companies- something he definitely didn’t have to do. He went above and beyond - it felt like I had a trusted family member taking care of the tragedy that was my home. I highly recommend ProDry. Thank you ProDry Restoration!!! I was on a vacation over Christmas break and sadly I came home to a flooded home. They where so caring and helpful through out the whole process.

Glad I called Prodry Restoration. After taking a shower, I’ve noticed wet carpet in my bathroom and closet. Technician Mike came and did good inspection and found the cause. It was shower drain pipe broken allowing water to escape. They ripped out carpet and padding and set proper drying equipment to dry the subfloor and applied spray product to prevent mold growth. Good quality work was done. They handled all the insurance procedures and no headaches for me. All was restored back to pre loss conditions

Came home to a very foul situation with septic water draining through our kitchen ceiling. We’ve had many instances of poor responsiveness or lacking quality work being done by subcontractors or service companies in middle tn, but our experience with ProDry is very much the opposite. Found them on the Google & called them. And a technician was at our house 45-60 minutes after calling. It was amazing! They were prompt, professional and very understanding. Would highly recommend to anyone in an aquatic bind.

Had Mike come out and cleanup the water and fire damage left behind from a fire and the firefighters putting it out. They flooded part of the house so we had to remove furniture, drywall, carpet and a built in fireplace. They were very thorough, polite and always on time. They left the space spotless and ordered a dumpster to get rid of all the trash. Would recommend them to anyone!

Long story short , accidentally left laundry faucet running, drain plugged of course, went outside to chat with a neighbor who came by to say hi with his son. When returned inside, to my horror, my laundry room and the kitchen floors were covered with water, in panic I called ProDry Restoration instantly. To my surprise they showed up within half an hour and started the restoration process, days later everything was dry and restored back to it’s original state if not better. I expected that the floors would buckle for the amount of water sat on the floor, but thanks to ProDry, they worked their charm and were able to save my floors. Highly recommend.
