Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Prime Tops roofing is an extremely hardworking group. I appreciate the fact that Luis did his best to accommodate my requests. They replaced all the wood that was bad as I had requested. They also installed turbo vents in place of the turtle vents as per request. The job was completed on time and they did an excellent job of picking up all the trash after completion.
Soon after the roof was installed, one of our Velux skylights broke during a storm when a bird struck it. I contacted Luis immediately and he got one of his assistants come and replace it within a couple of weeks (I ordered the skylight and it was installed by them).
I also appreciate the fact that Luis was responsive whenever I tried to contact him. He has an excellent team working for him.
I have no hesitation in recommending him for replacing a roof. They did two jobs for us; the first in 2022 and the second in 2025. We are satisfied with their work and with the 10 year workmanship warranty that they offer.

I had the pleasure of working with Luis at Prime Tops. Very knowledgeable, punctual, professional, congenial, and easy to understand. Final bill even came in below estimate when he looked at my roof more closely. He also followed up with me a week later to be sure everything is fine. I’m beyond impressed. He will be the one putting my new roof on when it’s time.

We ended up using prime top roofing to complete a repair job we needed on a newly purchased house and they did amazing great job, they took there time to complete it and did not rush and made sure to clean everything up from there job. They did a great job making the new shingles match with the prior ones, I know the first person I am calling when I decide to replace my entire roof. I was also quoted one price from another local company and they beat there price so I was even more happy. They came out same day and fixed the job, I recommend them to everyone I know now!
