I am very impressed with the professionalism of Prime Roofing. Sylas and his crew were very neat and organized. They put on my new roof. They even put down tarps to catch all the debris and nails before they came from the roof. They were very thorough with the magnet to catch any loose nails. I am very, very happy with prime roofing and my brand new roof.

It has been over a month since Prime Roofing replaced our roof. I have waited to write this post wanting to make sure I addressed every aspect of why we chose Prime Roofing❣️. We had already received two bids. We just were not comfortable. Sylas had to reschedule twice because of rain. He was very professional ❣️Once we met and began our discussion, we became at ease. Sylas addressed every aspect of our roof. You see, we had a metal roof on top of a shingled roof on top of a 54 year old home. We gave Sylas a shingle color. He politely asked if he could show us a similar one with a little “pop”❣️. Yes, POP❣️ Now we are senior citizens❣️ Well, we loved what he showed us, as well as the trim❣️ Senior citizens can definitely use a little “POP” Prime’s bid was definitely acceptable❣️ It also included replacing the hurricane damaged front trim on Steve’s shop. Now, here is the added “job” Prime was faced with❣️. Multiple flower beds AND dozens, yes, DOZENS of potted plants❣️. Sylas informed me NOT to move them❣️ Their workers would do it❣️AND if any were damaged, they would be replaced ❣️Prime’s workers are the BEST ❣️ What an amazing team❣️ They always made sure I was careful not to step on any stray nails. They worked nonstop❣️ And finally ate lunch❣️ Roof is outstanding ❣️ Clean up is beyond our expectations❣️ Clean up at the end of the day and the next morning ❣️❣️. They even used the blower❣️❣️. And as far as my plants—Not a leaf, flower or stem disturbed. Ben came to check on the work and our thoughts. Sylas made sure the trim on Steve’s shop was the matching color❣️. He even removed weeds growing on top. He then swept off our roof ❣️ I hope this review addresses EVERYONE of your questions ❣️❣️Our home looks so different ❣️. It has been transformed❣️ We were dealt with respect, honesty and professionalism ❣️ A HEARTFELT THANK YOU TO SYLAS, BEN AND EVERYONE ON PRIME’S TEAM ❤️ WE WERE TRULY BLESSED ❣️❣️

Jake, Sylas, and Ben were great with helping me get my roof replaced through my insurance! Jake explained everything thoroughly and in a way that I could understand. They were so patient with me throughout the process, and when I picked a color from a house I drove by, Jake found out the shingle for me. The entire team had consistent & effective communication skills. After a second round of storms, my roof started leaking and Jake was at my house within 30 minutes and got up there to stop it from becoming a major issue. These guys are dedicated hard workers and I will definitely use them in the future!

I have an investment property in the local area, which is approx 2 hours from the area I reside in. Me being an outsider , I found a card that the company left at my property. Was a blessing to say the least, throughout the renovation process this company was an amazing resource to find other companies to perform work outside of their expertise, as well as assisting me in repairing my roof and vinyl siding on the property.
