My insurance company required that I have the moss removed from the roof of a rental property I own. I contacted Jake from Prime Pressure Washing through an online portal. I had been impressed by the reviews he had and I thought he might be able to help me. I was quite right to contact him! He replied to me almost immediately, fully understood what I needed done, quoted me a reasonable price, and then got me on the schedule within 2 weeks. He came when he was supposed to come, did the job well, and greeted me with a smile. I would highly recommend Jake and his company because he is efficient, polite and reliable. His rates also are very reasonable too!

We are very pleased with the professional service we received. Everything looked like new when completed and they were very respectful of our property. We will definitely be using Prime again.

Absolutely the most disrespectful pair of guys we’ve ever dealt with. We ended up in a shouting match just for them to finish the job they promised. We sent them a picture of the house with mineral stains around the front porch. They said that they would take care of everything (listing everything included with “etc.” at the end) but it did not include the roof and would charge us $650. To be clear, we do not live in a mansion so $650 should definitely include 10 extra minutes for stain removal - Especially when we sent them a picture of the stains. Through text, they specifically said it includes everything with a picture of the house showing the stains. After 45 minutes they were supposedly already done washing the house just needing a rinse, but the stains were still there. That was the most important part of this project. Then they said “we’ll do that for an extra $50”. I don’t expect to be nickeled and dimed and hand over even more money for an awful service. That would be stupid. Oh, and to top it off, they called the cops on us because we refused to pay them until they were actually done. The police helped us negotiate with them for the original $650 including the stain removal but what a waste of a morning. Lesson learned - get everything detailed in writing… But the text did help.

Edit to the response: I have everything on ring camera detailing your amateur behavior. Words were spoken on all four sides of the house. As soon as we pushed back on the fact that you failed to deliver the agreed upon service, your response was “I’m calling the police.” - to which we replied, “go for it”. In what world is it acceptable for a business owner to call the police on a customer over a $50 disagreement?! Honestly, you’ve just never learned to accept no for an answer. We were not going to tolerate a bait and switch situation. If you do something wrong, just be accountable. I’ve included the photo that we sent to you zoomed in on the fact that you knew exactly what the job was - and it took you 10 minutes to fix. Seriously!?! Have a nice life.

They first text me to let me know that they were ahead of schedule and will arrive an hour early ,which was great , so I could get on with my day. When they arrived , we went over the plan and answered all my questions or concerns. They were fast and efficient! The house. Garage , and windows are sparkling clean . I am very pleased with their service . They were polite young men , hard working and I highly recommend them ! Donna

Amazung experience! Power washed my house perfectly and was conscious that they were over taxing my water pump and split the job between two days (came back next day). Also very flexible and didn't hesitate when I asked them to add onto the job by adding a portion of my roof.

He responded to my initial request for a quote within 24 hours and communication going forward was quick and professional. The day of the washing, he was on time, set up quickly and went to work. Amazing is a start.! Jake got my yellow and white house yellow and white white again! Got all the black and dirty stains off my gutters and trim like he said he could. I have been power washing our home every year and no matter what I did, could never get the stains off. He did the whole house in an about 2 hrs. Looks fabulous! Highly recommend!
