I appreciate your hanging the new door and getting it to hang straight. Also, thanks for installing the new storm doors. Walking into my house feels like a new house! I was impressed with the detail you applied and the care you took in finishing up.

Beware! Do not work with this company. At first they were great, they replied to all inquiries regarding our deck. We gave them 50% down to build our deck according to our contract back in May 2023 and 50% balance is supposed to be paid when finished. We thought we could trust them even though they haven’t completely finish our deck and gave them additional payment because they ask. We gave them a benefit of a doubt. Came to find out that they ordered wrong products for our deck, we wanted aluminum railing according to our contract but they ordered composite instead. Robert had a lot of complaints about it stating a lot of bad things regarding composite railing products and I realized then that that’s not what we ordered. He came back the next day and took back all his words about the bad things he said about the composite railing and said they were actually great product. We still told them that we still want the aluminum railing that we originally contracted them for. At first they said they were willing to work with us and so we ask them about a time frame. They have a lot of excuses stating about the economy and such and said they could not give us a time frame even though that’s all we ask and we’re willing to work with them so it’s not just up in the air.
Eventually they never gave us a time frame and block all communication with us and never did finished our deck according to our contract and we paid them over 90% of the contracted amount. We still had the composite railing they last installed on our stairs which was cracked and they patched it up with a duck taped or vinyl taped. We also hired his Dad Bob which is in the same company with them Premier Contracting to work on our concrete before we had initially hired Robert to work on our deck. We thought we’d like to work in the same family and they seemed trustworthy. We’ll never do that again. The cement turned out good but we had to deal with a lot of damages in our basement because it turns out he didn’t capped the sprinkler systems in multiple areas where he had the concrete installed and just poured cement on them. We had a lot of leaks going to our neighbors and to our basement which they said they will fix. They started fixing the damaged in the basement but never came back to finished just like our deck, it’s all unresolved. Overall we paid over $32K to this company and we still have to fix the basement damages and still trying to figure out how to repair our deck.

We had Premier Contracting do some work at our business. They responded very quickly, kept us updated every step of the way, always showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would (and it looks amazing!), and were very professional. We will definitely be using them again!

Robert and Kasi had the right kind of long term experience and professionalism matched with the creativity needed to make our garage re-build a reality. It was a big plus that Robert can join forces with his father's specialty concrete company too (they did foundations and in-floor heating). I would recommend Premier to anyone looking for a home build or renovation in the northern Utah area.

Yes, this Contractor - Premier - finished my basement from scratch, including all installation of materials, electrical, mechanical and finishes ( coordination w/ plumbing too ) did a fantastic job ( definitely 5 star ) was very easy to work with, professional, offered suggestions for improvement, took care in every respect to insure all details and finishes were just as specified. The final result was better than anything I could have imagined - highly recommend this contractor for whatever your project is !!!!

They did a good job on putting up the cabinets. Do Not Let This Company Put Flooring in They Are Very Horrible. My Floor Planks in the kitchen keep moving. This company is Just Not Good. Kasi Told Me To Kick The Planks Back In Place I did That They Still Move. Just be Advised That If She Tells You Something to Do Don’t do It Because She said It Voided The Warranty. Just A poor Company.

Robert, Colby and Victor worked 3 months on my basement remodel. As this was the second time Premier has worked on my home, I am more than delighted on the out come of the project. Robert is so willing to please and works harder than anyone I know. His communication with me was always straight forward, because he wants to make sure I understood and am pleased.

Amazing work! We needed a new handrail installed, and they did it! A fully custom made handrail down to the hand staining and sanding with wrought iron balusters. With their office centrally located near Ogden, UT it made for a fast house call. They gave us a fair and reasonable price, and during the initial walk-through they pointed out things we didn't think of and the best approach on how to get it done. The work was done on time and they showed up on time without any issues. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I am a real estate agent and work with many contractors. Premier Handyman Service was very responsive, fair with pricing and they an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.
