Precision Pressure Cleaning

Showed up before time scheduled, they were effecient, professional and when finished the job looked great. The price was well within reason. Highly recommend!!!

I would not have rated even 1 star except that Google makes it where you have to leave at least one. About 3 weeks ago, right after Memorial Day weekend, I set up an appointment to have my home pressure washed. The date agreed upon was today June 23, 2022. On Wednesday June 22nd @7:31 pm, I sent the owner a text message trying to confirm the appointment and trying to get an estimated time. I received no response. Today June 23rd I called at 7:34 and at 10:15 both times leaving a message asking for a return call confirming and requesting an estimated time. I received no return call. Then as my husband is proceeding to pressure wash the house (at 2 pm) a young man shows up and says he is supposed to be pressure washing the house. I told him forget it. I sent text, I called 2 times got no response so we decided to do it ourselves. He said well we usually just show up. I said that if I couldn't even get the courtesy of a return call or text then we didn't need them.Then he started talking about charging us. I flat out told him I was not paying a dime. He said he would call the owner. I said I did not care I was not paying anything.

Did a great job on the house. Great price. They were thorough and polite. Calling to have them do a couple more services.

I rarely write a review but I read and appreciate other people's experiences with a service so I thought that it was my opportunity to let you all know of a business that does excellent work and I am not easily impressed but I was by Precision Pressure Cleaning. They came out on time and did a great job on pressure washing my house today. They know how to preform and do it responsibly. I would highly recommend them.
