Precision Plumbing is the absolute best plumbing contractor I have worked with in my 45 years as a Licensed Architect & General Contractor.

Precision Plumbing are extremely professional, talented and friendly. We have used their services for over 10 yrs now at our BnB and we consider them as part of our team! John C did an exceptional job as always. Under Jeff’s leadership you cannot go wrong with using these folks for all your plumbing needs.

Received text message reminders and on their way which was very helpful, the guys put on booties before entering the house, they were polite and explained the equipment and process. And the price was very reasonable. I was extremely happy with the service and would recommend this company!

Due to some very old plumbing in our house, our system's drainage abilities were failing (lots of slow drains, gurgling in the washer and toilet, etc.) We called Precision Plumbing for help. The office rep was helpful and friendly. Plumbing technician Cody came out and diagnosed the problem, explained the procedure for repair, and set us up with repair appointment. He, Jeff, and Ricardo showed up on time and repaired our system in less time than we'd originally thought. The whole experience went smoothly and we are very pleased. We highly recommend Precision Plumbing...professional service from start to finish!

As always Precision provides excellent service. Cody was fabulous. He is very personable, explained what he was doing, he overcame some challenges, did a great clean up when complete. He was here for over 5 hours without taking a break. It is always great dealing with a dependable company with such great people.

Cody did an excellent job. He arrived when he said he would and got to the task, which entailed removing three sets of sink faucets and installing new ones. It was a big job that took four hours. The new faucets look and work great. When finished, he tidied up nicely. We are very pleased with his work.

Jeff from Precision was on time, gave me options and did exactly what he said when he said. Savannah from the office was great to work with on schedules. I highly recommend Precision for your next project.

Both nice and professional during the initial consultation and installation. Explained everything in detail about what I would have to do to keep the system running, which was minimal. They can even deliver and add salt when needed! And I love the color!

Quoted $318+ tax to unclog standard toilet. Standard Plunger/Auger - 10 minutes of work. What a waste of everyone's time.

-Reply below is false; it was $100 to show up and before any work was done it was stated the minimum would be an additional $218 charge to try to plunge the toilet, I then stated it's just a simple clog and it was made clear that $218 on top of the $100+tax would be the fee if that was the case.

It was never stated that if it was a simple clog it would be cheaper or if it only took 5 minutes it would be cheaper. I refused to pay that rate for a clog to the technician,

I watched the technician go back to the truck, call the office, and then leave.

I am sure you provide great service for that hourly rate. It just a ridiculous amount for a simple clog.

We needed a plumber on the Island as soon as possible. Everyone from the first telephone call to the Plumber were excellent. Please know I would HIGHLY recommend using Precision Plumbing & Contracting Services.

Jeff and Cody arrived early and they are very professional. Although they were not able to fix the problem, they were able to get someone out quickly to fix the problem. I would recommend them to anyone.

What a fantastic organization! We had our (1985) four bedroom, four bathroom home completely re-plumbed from the service point to every fixture in the house. We even had the old water heater removed and installed an electric, tankless on-demand water heater. The two technicians who did the job were extremely professional, very courteous and super nice. We’ve used Jeff at Precision Plumbing for 2 different houses, and he’s all but replumbed our new (old) house including reworking the completely disabled septic system. Jeff is professional, timely, and incredible at what he does. He even suggested another company when we had well issues. He could do it, but I could get it cheaper elsewhere. Who does that? Anyone I speak to about Jeff always agrees he’s honest to a fault, and he won’t do the plumbing work unless it can be done right. We trust him implicitly and I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in the Eastern Shore with plumbing/water issues. He’s worth the wait! Also, don’t hesitate to call him for the water softening system. It’s a game changer.

We've used Jeff's business for a long time and have never had even a glimmer of a problem. We own a beach property and trust them to close down the plumbing in the winter and open back up in the Spring. They also installed a bathroom during a renovation. The only issue we ever had was when the guy who turned the water back on forgot to turn the water heater on. Unfortunately, it was Sunday when we figured it out. We told them we could wait but they were back at our house in under an hour to set it right and absolutely refused our offer of a tip for coming out on Sunday.

Jeff and the folks at Precision are the ONLY plumbers I will ever use for my home. We have many water outlets in our house... 9 sinks, 4 toilets, 3 showers, 2 tubs, and 3 outdoor spigots. He knows every one of them.. and has either installed or maintained them for the 12 years we have been in our old home. We will not be looking around. More stars than the review will let me have.

Jeff Matthews and each of his employees have received an “A” grade from us after each visit. We also utilize their service for winterizing our rental property each winter, and then de-winterizing during the springtime opening. Jeff has been extremely helpful, honest, and responsive.

We had a problem with the new water filtration system and Jeff worked to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Commercial job... new sewer lines and water lines in a 100 year old building. Over and above service. Highly recommend.

We had Precision Plumbing out to fix our outdoor faucet that had frozen and busted. The technician showed up on time, was very friendly and offered me a more economical option before he began working. He finished quickly and even repaired some of the under house insulation that was down prior to him arriving from another contractor. I'd highly reccomend Precision Plumbing for any and all Plumbing needs.

We have been using Precision Plumbing for many years now and have always been happy with their work. They do quality work and always show up on time. Have them winterize and reopen our seasonal home every year as well as have had toilets replaced and all of the pipes replaced when we had a very cold winter and the pipes froze and burst. Will continue to call them.

Great Service! Everything was perfect. We had a new Tank Less water heater installed and relocated. The old water filter system was removed and replaced also. Precision Plumbing did a professional job!

None of us likes to have to pay for plumbing services, but when you need a plumber it is wise to hire the best. This is one area of home maintenance that you don't want to skimp on. I have known Jeff Matthews since we first moved here from central Maryland ~2006. I will not use anyone else when it comes to plumbing.

They do great work! They were able to come right out and fix our problem. They are very reasonably priced for the excellent job they do.
