We really appreciated working with Parker and his team for our kitchen remodel. Everyone was extremely nice and took care with even the small parts of the job. Juan did a wonderful job with the tile backsplash! We would definitely be happy to work with Podium again for future projects.

Highly recommend! We finished up a significant full-home remodel this past year and are very pleased with the results. Renovations and construction can be a stressful process (especially when you’re trying to keep up remotely!) However, our project makes for a great success story. Tabitha, Parker and the Podium team were incredibly responsive, supported weekly audio/video calls, collaborated on key decisions, and put forth a great effort to manage the many details. It was clear to us that pride, honesty, accountability, and quality were at the core of their values. We appreciated their progressive approach to construction, always looking into new products, solutions and techniques. Throughout the project, we (and the house) threw Podium a few additional, challenging asks, and they continually stepped up to each and every one. Looking back at this exciting transformation, Podium was much more a partner than a contractor. Attached are a few photos of the home after we were able to add some furnishings and lighting.

Fantastic work on building a wine cellar in my garage. In addition to being on time, and on budget, they were creative problem solvers, came to the table with ideas and solutions, and top-notch communication all the way through the project.

Our experience with Podium Construction has been exceptional beginning with the first phone call through final completion of all the little details. We selected Podium to build us a 12-ft by 20-ft outdoor pavilion and the reason why we chose them is that Podium does so many things that many other contractors simply don't do! And all of those things matter a great deal to us. Firstly, communication! Our phone call was returned immediately & a date/time was set up to meet with Podium's owner, Parker Dressler. Parker came very prepared to discuss all aspects of the building and answered every question we had. Secondly, reputation! Podium Construction has a great resume' of work done locally for many families and businesses in the area including some of the nicest wineries and tasting rooms. Thirdly, reliable! Podium always told us what he was going to do and when to expect it. This started with the delivery of the bid. He provided it to us when we wanted it so that we could make a decision on which company to use. His quote broke out all the major components - labor, materials, taxes, timeframes, etc. There was no guessing on his part. The cost was *very competitive*, as well. He pulled it together based on actual prices and was spot-on with his quote. Fourth, delivery! The resulting structure he built was done by craftsmen who really cared about the quality of their work. The pavilion is *exactly* how we imagined it would look. Fifth, flexibility! Podium allowed us the ability to hold off briefly to select which low voltage light fixtures and design we wanted until the very end. (Two thumbs up from the neighbors AND a landscape contractor we had working on other things in our yard!) Sixth, *listening skills*! Parker listened to our requests and design choices very-very carefully. He nailed everything! There was never any confusion. No drama. No surprises. Parker & team simply did their job with excellence. Seventh, excellent organization skills. The office team is highly effective in that they always got answers for the few questions we had, electronically sent us a quote & invoices, allowed us to pay them directly via secure bank transfer which is handled by their QuickBooks accounting system, worked with us on timing/scheduling, kept us informed, and provided us additional referrals to other companies for things that we needed and that will save us a lot of money (sun shades for the pavilion are a must when there are no trees around!).

Podium does a large variety of construction jobs and has a happy team. If the workers are happy, then the job gets done with quality and speed. We would not hesitate recommending Podium Construction to anyone, regardless of whether they are a small jobs like ours to larger endeavors such as building an addition or house. One of the most trustworthy companies we've had the pleasure of working with.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the other company’s that were brought in to compete our project! They built us a bedroom from the ground up and made our dreams a reality!! Very friendly, down to earth and understanding! Absolutely easy to work with and talk to! The work has been top notch and we are more than pleased! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had an excellent experience with Podium Construction, LLC. They did a bathroom and master closet remodel for us that turned out amazing! They provide quality work, have great communication skills, and clean up the work area regularly. Parker, Tyler and all of their hardworking crew have outstanding skills and talent.

We are absolutely delighted with Podium Construction! Parker, Tyler and Nick were professional, friendly and very extremely talented. We had them install crown molding throughout our house which turned out beautifully. They were able to start our job when promised, were finished in two days, and stayed within our budget! Podium Construction is helping me with remodeling and repair projects on several rentals. They do great work. Another plus? I had a very good experience with Podium Construction for a masonry wall repair. Parker was very responsive and prepared a competitive quote in short order.
