We had a great experience working with Parker and Podium Construction on our new covered patio next to our shop. The structure looks beautiful and really enhances our outdoor space. Like with some construction projects, we ran into a hiccup with the roof, but what really stood out was Parker’s response. Parker and Tabitha were great to work with..Our project was to take a dated 1929 home and give it a more modern look, without taking the time period character away from the original home. We also wanted to add a porch… the whole process was very rewarding and stressless. There were changes along the way and the Podium team was awesome in dealing with them..
