Ian was very thorough in his home inspection. He explained his findings to me in understandable terms without talking down to me. He was great, and I’d recommend him to anyone wanting assurance in their investment.

Ian was very detailed with his inspection. He has great experience with construction and knows what he is talking about. I followed him throughout the whole inspection and he gave me great information on any discrepancies found throughout the inspection and taught me what was safe or unsafe and explained the reasoning behind both. He pointed me in the right direction as far as how to take care of maintenance on and around the house and was definitely the type of person I would trust to perform a very accurate and detailed home inspection.

Ian did a great job educating my client and I about the home that they were purchasing. He helped us understand current building codes, and how the utilities function. He has a great background and understanding of how homes are built and how they should be maintained.

Ian is very, very good. He has integrity too. Other inspectors I've dealt with would have just taken my money, done a slapdash job, and called it good. Ian found something odd and pursued it. His diligence potentially saved me thousands. If ever I have to have another inspection, there is no one else I'd consider.

I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of work that was put into the inspection. I received a detailed report that came with videos, pictures, and recommendations. I was able to tag along during the inspection and never felt uneasy about asking too many questions. Every question was met with a well informed answer. Ian did a great job coming to our home to inspect some issues we were having. He was very thorough, starting on the roof and going all the way down into the crawlspace. He constantly communicated with me what he was finding and what we could potentially do to resolve it. I was really impressed by some of the state-of-the-art equipment he used, including a thermal imager to find flaws in the structure that couldn't be seen with the human eye. His demeanor was also great and he was very polite and never condescending. Finally, he provided an excellent and easy to understand report which covered all things he found, nicely illustrated by the pictures he took on site. I would definitely use him again when needed.

Ian did a great job inspecting some water damage and draining issues on our home. He was able to give recommendations on what needed to be done and it was a great assistance to us. I'd recommend him to anyone.
