I would give this company a ZERO rating, but you have to at least issue one. We were charged $95.45 for the tech to literally screw in 2(two) screws in our garage door. Not to mention, we spent several hundred dollars back in November replacing the torque springs. The 2 screws costs 45 cents! Totally unprofessional. The tech called to check to see IF IT WARRANTED to be charged! #MoneyHungry #Ridiculous I will NOT be a repeat customer.

We recently had Piedmont Doors to work on the big double metal doors going into our Fellowship Hall. We thought for sure we would have to replace the doors because of the sticking and the key not working correctly. They hadn't been working correctly for some time. The repairman came and within an hour or so, he had them working just as good as new. He explained things to me and made sure before he left that the keys would work. When I turned the key, I did not hear the loud click and thought the door was not working correctly and then tried to open it and what a surprise when it worked without having to fight with it. I would recommend Piedmont Doors to anyone who is looking for good repairs.

Piedmont Door Services is who my contractors used to purchase and install my garage doors. We have had nothing but problems with our garage doors for the 3 years living in our new home. Because of the faulty and cheap systems used, we also have dealt with mold. I recently inquired about a quote to have the garage door openers replaced with a better quality product and it took them over a week to call me back and they still didn’t provide a quote. When our current garage door open was having issues, the guys came out asked me for my manual so they could see how the system operated. This made me very concerned because they are the company who installed and sold the product to my contractor. They spent maybe 5-10 min in my garage after arriving an hour outside of my time window I was told. I was told a part would need to ordered because they didn’t carry my brand anymore due to it being a faulty system. I was charged a $95 service fee for them to spend 5-10 standing in my garage. Very unhappy with this company.

I'm terrible with names, but the two guys that came today were awesome! They fixed my garage door quickly and efficiently and were very thorough in checking everything. They left the door working smoother and in better shape than before. Would use Piedmont Door Service again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend them to others!

Piedmont Door Service installed the 14' overhead door for my detached garage. I recently had them out for a service call after I had an opener installed on the door. Michael and Chris conducted the service call and did an excellent job. They arrived early, explained the issue thoroughly and performed the work efficiently. Its not easy to find contractors that are punctual and efficient so I wanted to give them a shout out for such professional work. Nice work Piedmont Door Service!

My wife and I are very happy with the job they did! They replaced our garage door header which was badly rotted due to an improper siding and flashing job. After talking to a number of contractors, it looked like we were going to need one contractor to take the door down and another to do the header repair work (primarily because of the size of the door ~10x22). Piedmont Door Service was able to do it all and for a very reasonable price. They were very thorough, detail oriented, orderly, and hard working. And they were able to retrofit safety eyes for our older model commercial opener. We would definitely recommend them.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to diagnose and fix a commercial garage door miss-installed by another vendor. We recently ordered and installed 2 residential doors from Piedmont Door Service for a new home and we could not be happier with their work. Thank you!

We recently had a garage door put in and I can't say enough about how well we were treated by everyone, the installer was the best and the office person was very helpful and friendly. The cost was great. The only thing I can advise someone about is if you have a manual garage door as we do and want a lock outside the door and a handle on the bottom of the door please make that clear, make sure you inform the person that comes to your home exactly what you want. It did take 3 weeks to have someone who was very pleasant come back out to install this for us. I highly recommend this company and we were very pleased at the end. They are the Best around. We are so glad we used them.

Got my garage door through Piedmont and they were awesome. David came out and installed everything efficiently and was very easy to talk to. If your looking for garage door services, I highly recommend these guys!

These guys are awesome! Great service. Always pleasant. They also sell corrugated metal siding/ roofing. You should check them out!

I first used Piedmont Door Service several years ago when they did installations for Costco. Last year we decided to upgrade our airplane hanger with new roof and siding as well as a new powered door. I had already decided to purchase the roofing and siding material from PDS but could not find an installer. After measuring the job Piedmont Door Service said they could do the entire job and gave me an extremely affordable quote for the job including a 40 foot wide door for the front of the hanger.

Even though it was in the depth of Winter they worked through it and completed the job in a timely manner. Al and Kyle Rose (owners of PDS)
were great to work with as well as their installation crew.

Upon completion I couldn't have been more pleased! Fit and finish and attention to detail was exemplary. We have received many compliments on the look of our hanger.
