This family business answered their phones, came right out to estimate, provided the estimate, provided a repair time, and performed like champs!!! I am so tired of other contractors not returning calls, not staying true to their word and doing terrible work. Terry, his son Austin and their laborer were absolutely wonderful and professional. THEY SAY WHAT THEY'LL DO AND DO WHAT THEY SAY.
My work included a botched repair job from another "contractor" that actually used a lawn sign as flashing and a bunch of sealant that never worked. Phillips Roofing took the gutter off, the rotted materials out and fixed it right with the right materials.
