Mike at Peak Exteriors was great at pre-sales in that he visited our property and understood our concerns with some siding damage that needed to be addressed while replacing the roof. Mike provided a few options before we even approved the roof quote.

One on the job Mike's team uncovered an ongoing roof issue for us which was leaking through the chimney chase. The chase was never built correctly and with Mikes assistance we arrived at a cost effective solution to the issue. This only set us back about 1/2 day.

During the roof replacement (and chimney chase rebuild) the on-site foreman provided pictures so we could see the progress.

The on-site team cleaned up any remaining roofing material and left the property in better shape than they found it.

We look forward to using Peak Exteriors for an upcoming siding replacement on this property.

Mike from Peak Exteriors did a fantastic job on our roofing repairs in Big Sky. He’s an honest, straight shooting guy when so many others in the field are not. He came up and personally walked the roofs with me, giving me insight into the exact root cause and scope of our roofing damage, and then followed up with a very reasonable quote. The work was done in a very timely manner, even prioritizing our job due to having active leaks. Once contracted, Mike also provided regular feedback and photos detailing the status of the project. Peak Exteriors recently completed a standing seam metal roofing system with fascia and soffit on a shop building in Townsend. The unique project was unconventional in that the peak was nearly 30’ high with 22’ eaves, a 6/12 pitch, and designed to accommodate solar panels with an extended overhang on the southern exposure. The work was completed quickly and safely and for the quoted price. The workmanship is exceptional. As a retired construction engineer who has spent thousands of hours inspecting all kinds of work, I was impressed with the care taken in fitting the panels and in satisfying my concerns as the customer.

Mike did a great job meeting our needs and being transparent with his pricing and what product would work for our job. Although we didn’t pull the trigger on our project presently, we will definitely look him up when we’re ready.

I’ve worked with Mike on multiple projects for the better part of a decade. From GAF Grand Sequoia shingles to a multitude of metal roofing and siding, he and his crew have always done impeccable work. Some sub contractors do the bare minimum. On the contrary, Mike’s work is always done in the most professional manner. Mike and his crew did an amazing job on a rather difficult project for me. I had him side a 40x72 shop with a particular color that turns out scratches relatively easily. They took their time to make sure the final product was scratch free and perfectly straight! I appreciate Mike's attention to detail and will be using him again in the future.

Mike and Sarah completely redid the exterior of our home. It was a multi - step project... They discussed every step with us so we knew what would be done. They were professional, friendly, considerate and communicated extremely well. They didn't cut corners but carefully solved all the problems that show up in a remodel. I highly recommend them.
