We had our stairs/deck leading up to our front door replaced by Park Place. Erica and Albert kept us informed every step of the way and so easy to work with. The price was very reasonable, as well. The work was done in just a few days and we are very pleased with the final result. I highly recommend using Park Place.

I've had the opportunity to use Park Place twice. In both cases Park Place was clear and up front on the scope of work, costs and the expected timetable. I'd say besides the quality and tidy workmanship, Erica is their best asset. She has always responded to questions or concerns promptly and communicated clearly. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Albert and crew. The price was fair and the work top quality. We had two walls removed in order to open up our living area and had a small wall built to add to the overall flow of the home. Albert was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was always prompt when visiting for planning and estimates. Erica was always friendly to communicate with either by phone or email. Randy was the main worker I and he was very friendly and considerate of our home. They always cleaned up at the end of the day and treated our home as their own. Bob was the electrician who was very knowledgeable of his field and made all my ideas work. Overall the entire experience was great. Albert would periodically stop by to check on progress and provide updates. (And show off his truck ;) )

I’m very stubborn when it comes to hiring contractors to do work. I “think” I can do it all myself, but this job was bigger than I had time for. I spoke to a few different contractors and I’m glad I chose Park Place to do the work. I would use their services again!

Recently, Park place replaced three exterior doors and all the shutters in our house and they did a fantastic job with fair cost, on-time and quality work. I had a wonderful experience working with the Park Place, from Albert (Owner) visit for an estimate with detailed work description, signing the contract and installation of the doors. The communication with Erica who took a care of all the paper work was easy and stress-free. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Moreover, both were professional, trustworthy, courteous and kind. All my questions were answered promptly. Fabian who replaced our doors provided high quality work with all the details taking care of. I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them. And I am looking forward to working with them in the future on other home projects.

In 2021, they installed our roof and gutters. Chris and his crew were fantastic! We contacted them again in 2024 about a 2-car attached garage. For this project, we worked with Albert, the owner. Albert is an experienced contractor who takes pride in work well done. He is also a wonderful person. He was on site a lot during the entire process and now that the garage is done, we miss him :)
Something we really appreciate is that Chris and Albert took the time to listen to us and answer our many questions. For each project, we had a wonderful experience and the peace of mind that we were in good hands.
A huge asset to Park Place is Erica (Albert’s daughter and Chris’ wife). She is very professional and so nice! She responds to emails fast and is on top of everything. Our permit was quickly approved by the county, and I am sure she had a lot to do with that.
Erica, Chris, and Albert are a dream team, and we can’t wait to work with them again!

Park place did an excellent job on making the needed improvements to our house. They replaced all of the old aluminum siding and trim, replaced all the shutters and installed new windows. We are very happy with quality and service.

It is always a pleasure working with Park Place - and we have a number of times. The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and never once was the sales rep. Chris pushy. Their measurement guy is top notch, and the installers are friendly and do a great job. Their prices are competitive, too. When asked, I always recommend Park Place.

Just had Park Place do our roof. They did awesome work! Very fast service, the install crew took great care of our plants, decks and surrounding grass. Highly recommend them. Prices were fair, service was great, they completed on schedule and everything was smooth from start to finish.

I had a number of broken vinyl sidings, Mr. DeCesaris came, inspected them and gave me some advice which not only saved me money but turned out beautifully. I will definitely be contacting Park Place again when I need some work done. Highly recommend.

Park Place Construction was a great team to work with from start to finish. The quality of their work was exceptional. They worked with me during the project to make minor changes that did not blow the budget. They also made recommendations to the project that I really appreciated. I continue to get compliments on the project from my neighbors.

Park place is really amazing. We did a bog addition to our new home and they where reasonably proceed and quick. They accommodated every request I had. Everyone they brought in was great from the plumber to the HVAC. We will definitely be using them again.

Albert and his team helped us with a major addition. We had two bedrooms and a bathroom added to the 2nd story of our house. Albert was very professional and great with keeping us involved. His rates are extremely fair and he is incredibly honest. He even was able to complete the small designs that my wife continually came up with during the process and never once fought us on the design. His team is respectful and cleaned up after every phase was complete. Erica handles the appointments and books and is incredibly helpful and a great communicator. I cannot recommend Park Place enough. They will be our people for every small and major project we have from this point on. We are now life-long customers because their excellent quality, customer service, and price! Thank you again Albert and Erica!

I recently contracted with Park Place Construction to install our new roof, gutters, and downspouts; and the results are AMAZING! The quality of work from start to finish was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The installers were polite, professional and hard working and cleanup was superior. Albert and Erica were fantastic to work with and we highly recommend Park Place Construction, especially if you have a unique project! We contracted Park Place to build a detached garage with a rooftop deck and they did it all, completely turn key, met/exceeded all expectations (see photos)! We contacted 12 builders, received responses from 7, of those, 3 submitted quotes and Albert by far had the best proposal and came with the best references. He was not the cheapest, but was the most detailed and patient answering all our questions, plus his references all took our calls and were extremely positive and helpful, let us swing by to see the work Albert had done for them and that’s what helped us choose Albert and Park Place. They took care of all the permits and Albert was on site each time while Erica kept us updated every Friday on what was happening plus the schedule for the next week. The true selling point was when things did not go to plan with permits, weather, or sub-contractors, Albert made sure to make everything right at no additional cost to us. He is someone you can trust to get the job done right, calmly, in a professional manner, no matter what happens (Covid and supply chain delays didn’t phase him). We are so happy we chose Park Place and plan to use them in the future on our deck and rear house renovation projects. If you want a turn key project with low stress, we highly recommend the team at Park Place!

We originally had a different contractor assigned to our job (2 story addition)but once we had water issues from a door installed, we went back to interviewing other companies. Park place was recommended on a FB page and a friend. We called them up and immediately had good feelings. They were reasonably priced and didn’t feel like we were being raked over the coals, they were highly professional, always on time, very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. Their work was was far better than we ever expected. Albert was always popping in during the work to make sure things were running smoothly. Doing a big project in your home is stressful but w Albert and his crew, it was a nice feeling knowing they were honest and doing the job correctly that you didn’t feel like you had to hover over them. We had confidence in them and that’s extremely hard to find good honest companies these days and their work speaks for themselves. We were worried that we’d be surprised w additional costs as you always see on the home improvement shows and not once did that happen. Now that our project is completed , my husband literally stares at his new office in awe and I’m sort of sad to not see their faces everyday as they almost became a member of our family

Albert and Erica are great! Very responsive, friendly, and accommodating to our thoughts. We had our siding replaced with cedar shakes and vinyl, multiple windows replaced and new ones added, had an entry mudroom/enclosed porch addition done with tile work and skylights. New electrical added and updated. Also replaced our roof and gutters. The exterior of our house looks completely different and is amazing. The new entry is *chef's kiss.*

From the quick estimate on a leaky roof all the way through the installation, the staff and contractors of Park Place were nothing but professional and helpful. The roof is a great quality and was installed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this company and will be keeping their information for future projects!

We recently had work completed by the Park Place team. From the estimate (which they came and completed in the rain and did not reschedule) to the crew that came out and completed the work, we could not be more pleased with the end product. We have an older home that’s experiencing water damaged from some exposure and not only did they repair and replace the flashing around the entry door and front porch but they also recommended a long term solution to redirect water in an effort to eliminate further damage. I am very pleased with the crews attention to detail and quality of work and they cleaned up which made it seam like they were never even there. I am confident that our issue has been resolved and would definitely use Park Place again and would refer if asked.

I cannot speak highly enough about Park Place Construction. We were interested in someone coming out to give an estimate on replacing our roof. Park Place had someone out that same day and in less than 20 minutes was up and assessed the roof and informed us of the damage and suggested repair (in this case was a complete roof removal and replacement). We were with many samples of colors and different types of shingles that we didn't even know about in addition to explaining us the need to bring our roof up to code for today's standards. We decided on a beautiful architectural shingle from their suggestion and scheduled ( on a Friday) to have material delivered on Monday for installation on the following day. Suffice it to say the delivery was smooth and painless and the following day workers spent roughly 10 hours in 90ish degree heat and installed the new roof. The proceeded to clean up and my new roof looks AMAZING!! Thank you Park Place Construction for your great service and will look forward to doing other projects around our house with you in the future!

Park Place replaced our roof, gutters, painted and wrapped jacket around trim wood among a few other items. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work and professionalism of their employees. We will definitely be working with them on future projects. Great company to work with. We had our faux brick chimney replaced with matching siding and trim and it looks amazing. Erica was always there to answer any questions.

We contacted Park Place for an estimate to add a front porch to our home. From the first email to the completion of the project, Erica and Albert were awesome. They were very responsive the entire time, keeping us in the loop. The cost was reasonable & fair and Albert was very accommodating with material choice. They did a fantastic job with the porch turning out better than we expected. We were also pleased with the crew installing the porch. The quality and craftsmanship they put into the porch is top notch. It’s also worth mentioning that they were professional and polite while onsite. We highly recommend Park Place and will be using them again in the near future.

Park Place removed eleven 30 year old windows and installed new energy efficient windows. They also removed and installed new shutters, 3 exterior entry doors with new door locks, plus a storm door. My electric bill has dropped significantly and the windows look great. Would definitely recommend them for quality work you can trust at a competitive price.
