Kenny came out toady to clean the leaves off our roof. He was on time for our appointment (in fact a few minutes early) and very professional. He did an excellent job of removing the leaves, it was obvious he was very skillful and was respectful of our property . We are planning for Kenny to do this for us annually.

I was just interested in pressure washing a patio and a deck, but Kenny doesn't just do the obvious. He has a sixth sense for soil in every nook and cranny, and he makes sure it's gone. He literally cleans from top to bottom and stem to stern, with all the preparation and replacing things that needed to be moved, including a marble column that took two people to deliver.

Kenny from Panoramic View came on time, did an amazing job cleaning the roof, sidewalk and driveway and took some extra time cleaning the front porch that wasn’t in our contractual agreement. . Everything was spotless when he left. He’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. If you want spotless windows or mold removed or whatever you might want cleaned on your home exterior, he’s the man. He’s personable, professional and reliable.

Kenny is a hard-working and thorough professional. The exterior of our home was a mess with moss, staining, and mildew. Kenny reached out the same day I requested a quote and then spent 6 hours completing the job. My house has never looked this clean!
